I’ve been happy with their processes and management. In some instances, we could’ve had issues that made for an ugly situation. It’s a testament to their organization that those instances strengthened our relationship.
In the beginning, I was heavily engaged in the development process. I had strict oversight. By the time we finished the development, I'd given them guidance and trusted them to execute on my vision.

The project was broken down into 2 stages:
(1) The first stage focused on migrating and upgrading an existing React Native app to support our subscription service. Our Connected offering tracks the oil level in a customer's tank (our own device) and optimises the purchase point for oil. Since we were upgrading our offering via the website in parallel, TechsBiz needed to be responsive to a moving target.
(2) The second stage embedded our oil ordering process for all registered customers leveraging nativce app capabilities to reduce friction. Early signs indicate that conversion, via the app, is stronger.

We have only just started properly promoting the app but there is growing evidence that conversion is stronger through the app then via the website.

We were able to launch the app on time and resolve any post launch issues with the team. This led to great market discovery with putting the app in people's hands, getting feedback and being confident to increase marketing. TechsBiz IT has supported the development of our web and mobile applications. They delivered support across the development stack and provided QA assistance as well to create a stable application. TechsBiz IT has also helped us manage the delivery of our fine-tuned LLM and imageGen models within the flow of our applications.
