To build a fully functioning IOS & Android app that allow hair and beauty clients to find hair and beauty professionals in their current location. This app also allows self-employed hair and beauty professionals to manage their booking schedule and scale their business easily. This development work started from the MVP phase, which included the design of some of the UI/UX and initial app development.
This proceeded to the building of the admin console simultaneously, while the app was also being developed. Our key deliverables were first to complete the MVP build and successfully launch them to the app stores and taking the web admin console live.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
Checking that the required in app features were working as described and accepted during the scoping call. Any issues found, were discussed and understood before any fixes were implemented.

The project management was mainly done using Trello and Jira. Skype was used for most of the communication and discussion to create clarity.
