We see the developers as part of our team, and we communicate directly with the developers on chat or online call.

Developers has varying tasks all from colaborating with other team members on certain tasks in projects, to having the lead on a project.

We find that our team is more flexible than earlier, and we feel that as a company we have become increasingly scalable when it comes to scaling our team to amount of projects.

Technource has shown very high responsibility on delivering both quality and on time.

Also in the very beginning, where we needed to "find each other" and learning to coorporate over a long distance and with different cultures, I notice that Technource makes an extraordinary effort to ensure that everything is delivered to satisfaction.

Technource put aextra resources in our team that took care of planning along with our staff, clearing the path for developers in Denmark and India so that they could just fokus on programming. Technource ensures high level of quality by QA'ing all material delivered.

To build a fully functioning IOS & Android app that allow hair and beauty clients to find hair and beauty professionals in their current location. This app also allows self-employed hair and beauty professionals to manage their booking schedule and scale their business easily. This development work started from the MVP phase, which included the design of some of the UI/UX and initial app development. 

This proceeded to the building of the admin console simultaneously, while the app was also being developed. Our key deliverables were first to complete the MVP build and successfully launch them to the app stores and taking the web admin console live.

• Checking that the required in app features were working as described and accepted during the scoping call. Any issues found, were discussed and understood before any fixes were implemented.

The project management was mainly done using Trello and Jira. Skype was used for most of the communication and discussion to create clarity.

We needed to develop an app for iOS and Android. We were looking for companies in India and at the end of a process we decided to go for Technource.

Hi had a list of 30 possible vendors. We look at factores like budget, experience, reviews, etc. At the end we focused on the time and budget we tought we real for the development we had on mind. Finally we had 2 vendor to choose from. We chose the one who opened his web camera for the meeting. All other vendedor never showed us their faces

The scope was to have an app running in iOS, Android and its web version. Modules where agreed to be developed in 3 different phases.

It´s a staff of 3 persons that we have communication with. But internatally there's a group that's contstantly working in the technical side. Theese 3 persons are the CEO, the Financial & Andministrative link and the head of the technical group

Project was agreed to be completed in 3 phases. Each phase was described it detail in the contract with its deliverables and due dates. All 3 phases were completed according to the plan at the end of the project.

Communication is good despite the distance, Technource uses collaborative software tools to keep all information collected/reported in a centralized place.

We're most impressed by the experience they have in developing mobile apps.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

QA could be improved. The apps they send us to be tested for us on each phase of the development have minor bugs that should have been found for their QA department first.

I am the marketing agency of a company that provides on-demand commercial vehicle breakdown repair in Malaysia, and we were awarded to help them in sourcing for the right customer application developers.

We selected Technource to be our system development arms in 2021 January. The main goal of our project is to provide conveniences to both trucker and foreman when there is a breakdown issue occurs.

To achieve our goal, Technource has helped us in developing web based and mobile applications that cater the needs of our business model.

We found Technource through Google Search Engine in which the main factor of shortlisting Technource is based on their thorough explanation over the entire development process, business analysis, suggestion and improvement that could be consider from our initial business idea.

However, the main factor of selecting Technource is still their past experience. They have demonstrated their previous on-demand mobile application case study, and this had got our attention the most.

We first started with the requirement discussion and Technource has provided suggestion on how we should put our ideas into different milestones. After several meeting and discussion, we have given with the design mockup and proceed to the development according to a few milestones. The mobile application is built with Flutter technology

Technource has suggested to divide the development into different sprint. For each sprint, we were being updated on the development progress so that our side can always keep our on-ground marketing and preparation on time accordingly.

We were suggested with the use of Google docs for requirement discussion, Jira for project management and timeline monitoring, and Trello for bug and requirement updates.

The project manager assigned to us was helpful and willing to spend time explaining technical terms and knowledge in a layman manner to our teams. Besides that, the upper management from the vendor side did follow up with us from time to time in order to ensure the progress of the development is on time and the quality is guaranteed.

Quality of work is good, whereas pricing and charges can be more competitive to SME client like us.

We had to design and develop an app that could be used by users to send parcels both on demand and standard. The team developed a customer app and a partner app. The partner app would be used by the drivers and the agents that would help coordinate parcels from one location to another by receiving them from customers and assigning them to the drivers using the app.

We have few applications in use and our team always working on updates. Since we don't have enough people to work on all projects, we decided to work with Technource on this one. They continued to update some functionalities and adding some new.

We found few companies online and decided to have a call with everyone. After few calls, we choosed to work with Technource because of their other successful projects and employees with great knowledge.

After we choosed Technource as our partner on this project, we had few calls about our projects, to describe them what we have done already and what else we need. After that we started working on database restructure (MySQL) because of new functionalities. Then we are coming to redesign of application, where we used Bootstrap. And the main step is starting development in PHP (Laravel).

There were about 5 people. Project manager from their side, 2 web developers, one designer and one database expert.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Our application was all time in use during development of new functionalities, we were just updating it from time to time. Our sales team also worked on selling in the same time and after some polls sent to our clients, they were very satisfied with new functionalities and fresh design.

We had about 3 calls in week about project where we talked about stuff that are in progress. Their project manager is really good guy who understand all things about project and he easily transfer our ideas to their team. We are mostly using Slack and Skype for calls.

Most impressive thing is their organization between them. They work great as a team and our project is very well documented from start to end.

For now, we didn't have any problems with Technource.

I am the founder here at Realty Port. We are a online real estate platform catered to allow agents and agencies to have control of their online presence at their fingertips. From property management, lead management all the way to website management - they can do it all through Realty Port.

We hired Technource to help design and build our entire platform. Our goal was to create an easy to use, online tool for agents and agencies to have more control of their online brand.

How did you select Technource and what were the deciding factors?

We went through about 25 companies for the job, spoke to each one. In the end Technource had the most experience in Real Estate platforms and were the most organized of the crowd. We were able to communicate well and had a good relationship right from the first conversation.

Our first step was to build a cohesive project plan, mapping out all our features and functionalities within them. Once we agreed on the overall platform and its purpose. Technource presented designs for approval, took direction and amendments well, and worked diligently to complete each feature.

We had direct contact with about 2 people from the team, although developers and more had access to our communications. We worked closely with project managers and directors.

Our platform is a work in progress, we are continuously working with Technource to build a beautiful platform. To date we have a functional and useful platform that has received raving reviews from customers and other partners.

We worked on a weekly basis, covering our goals for the week through seamless communication and scheduled calls. Our point of contact was always available for us to bounce ideas off of and ask advice for future developments.

Their trust-worthiness, their speed and their honesty. They work and make you feel like you are their partner not their customer. Telling you what is worth it and not. We appreciate that as we are not developers and we needed direction at times.

We needed a website which contained a complex search algorithm and supporting architecture to allow us to monetise our idea for a novel connection method between Interims and employers/recruiters.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

This is a new project and it's early days but the initial results look promising. Now that the website is complete we need to go through a number of phases before we see the full impact.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

Project management was led by the lead developer with a feedback process as each stage progressed. Comms was via skype voice and txt and also a shared feedback document.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They were persistent even when faced with difficulties.

Are there any areas for improvement?

My one comment would be that sometimes it felt that things were not tested as thoroughly as I would have liked before handing them to us for testing. That said - they always responded to feedback and we always got there in the end.
