I am a project manager at an accounting firm.

For what projects/services did your company hire TechnoScatter?

We initially hired TechnoScatter about two years ago to develop a custom accounting software for our business. We have since engaged them to create a blog website for us and coordinate our SEO campaigns.

What were your goals for this project?

We hoped to receive a valuable internal accounting tool and, later, develop an online platform where we can post relevant content. Through our SEO efforts, we wanted to earn more business and invest more money into our accounting firm.

How did you select this vendor?

I originally learned of TechnoScatter through a reference two years ago. When it came time to find a vendor for our blog platform, we contacted them directly.

Describe the project and the services they provided in detail.

The accounting software includes modules for payroll management and balance sheet generation, among others.

They created some basic designs of the blog platform, and after I approved, they entered the development stage. The website includes a user interface and an administration panel.

What was the team composition?

I’ve worked with 7–8 people from TechnoScatter, but a designer and developer have been my primary contacts.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

Although the accounting tool started as an internal product, we have since sold the software to about 10 other firms. It’s been a profitable investment to this point.

Our SEO project is still in its infancy, but the blog website is complete, and we are very optimistic about the value it will bring to our company.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

They visit my office once a week to discuss our progress. I do not have a technology background, so I use those times to learn more about their workflow and what steps they take. We’ve developed a very agreeable process for project management.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They’ve been very patient with me as I learn more and more about the technological process.

Are there any areas for improvement?

They weren’t familiar with a lot of accounting vernacular or standards, but otherwise, they were excellent partners.
