I searched a lot with big companies but they are not willing to give their time then I was fedup and found them on google and call him for the consultancy and they give a good option and development at the end as well which reduced my cost as well.

Yes if they can design a Ui part first by graphic designer for the view of mobile app then it could avoid some UI changes at the end.
