We took all of their legacy on-premise equipment and moved it all to office 365. We then went in and trained all users to ensure that the adoption rate of the new software was across the company. They are now collaborating and have a much higher level of security than they did before with the old legacy equipment. When we were brought on we were tasked with helping move them off all the old legacy equipment. We now maintain their internal IT infrastructure and have helped implement processes and support.
