We hired Technogrips, as the Subjects Matter Expertise (SME), for IT build-off requirements to develop a single point platform, secure client portal to manage sensitive business data/correspondence communications between offices.

What were your goals for this project?

1. Design equitable singularity, for secure interaction between DM2020, Clients and Investors.
2. Develop secure redundancy, for high risk international business dealings.
3. The created client interface must be secure, equitable and with ease of use with both mobile field operations and interlinking international market locations.

How did you select Technogrips Technologies?

My team scoured the Internet looking for technology companies that had the expertise that we required and documented reputation that validated the capabilities. We narrowed it down to three companies with comparable expertise and after scrutinizing their experience factors, chose Technogrips as the front runner, for our project.

We began the project with several discovery meetings to identify and convey all requirements and expectations. Their tech team listened to our expectations and needs, then laid out their proposed timeline and initial steps to begin the project. Initial milestones were established, and time table for each to be completed.

What was the team composition?

The initial team was formed with a project lead, 2 front end developers, 2 back end developers and a Quality engineer.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The initial stage was on time/on budget, with the established projects being completed ahead of schedule. We measure their progress by how well the met milestones and budgetary requirements, and so far they have exceeded expectations.

The first three of four milestones have been completed earlier than scheduled and with only one leg of the initial project remaining, we have begun negotiations with the company to begin work on the second stage of the project.

Due to proprietary information within the second stage of the project, all that our company Is permitted to say is that negotiations should be completed early next month.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The workflow between teams was very professional, with a project timeline established, and milestones agreed by all parties, the process and process met and exceeded expectations.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They were very professional, on schedule, and met all established timelines as agreed during initial negotiations.

Are there any areas for improvement?

None. Expectations were met, milestones proved to be daunting at times; however, they exceeded all timelines ensuring we remained on schedule and on budget.

As the lead technical member of the sales team, I collect, validate and vet with customers the deal-specific technical, functional, and non-functional requirements.

I have been successful in this role and perform client-facing meetings, RFP oral presentations, quarterly business reviews at client sites, and conduct hands-on solution / Cloud Platform demonstrations.

We wanted Technogrips Technologies to apply technical and competitive insights specific to our Cloud Platform to optimize sales opportunities and by hiring them we achieved a huge success in terms of positive sales growth for the third consecutive quarter.

Our main goal was sales success because they gave us an analytics edge by rendering visuals that are really appealing and made it easier for us to perform data analysis and present it to clients, partners and potential customers.

Former IT minister of Malaysia has given me the reference. Technogrips have been associating with them for government projects. Some of the complexity involved in the project did not give us more options.

The project was developed over a period of 6 months with active support from the team. They helped to build our website and ERP solution. The feedback was superb .

They are hardworking, supportive, and responsive; they usually get back within 30 minutes. The team adjusts their schedule to accommodate the 5-hour time difference. We rarely meet face-to-face. We use Jira and discuss architecture and compliance during biweekly phone calls. Otherwise, we communicate via email, GoToMeeting, and Skype.

Although Technogrips Technologies has fantastic developers, clients still need someone on their side with technical expertise. That kind of resource is helpful because it enables us to keep pace on critical issues.

First, Technogrips Technologies developed a customized app that met all of our needs. It has an active server and allows users to log into their account at any time, then access and use mobile vouchers to get discounts from local vendors as part of their school’s fundraiser package. The system is easily accessible for both the student users and the school account holders. There is a unique login code that grants users access and connects them to the appropriate fundraising package and daily redeemable discounts.

Now that they’ve completed the application, the Technogrips Technologies team continues to handle all of the maintenance and support. They also update the platform with new fundraising accounts.

These Syriac translations of the Bible are the oldest and are quite unique for their Aramaic dialect. We wanted to create an iOS application that would preserve the ancient renditions of the original text. They worked on the design and development of that application.
