Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the owner of Creative People, a company that builds IT networks and provides IT support.


What challenge were you trying to address with Technografia Ltd?

We needed translation services.


What was the scope of their involvement?

The first project was to translate all of our legal and non-legal documents so that they could be moved to another country. The second project is the translation of more than 6,000 pages of tourism materials. We’re working together toward a multi-language interface of the application that we’re building.

What is the team composition? 

For the first project, there were four people; on the second project, there are six. I’m currently working with two project managers, but I have the opportunity to speak with the general manager directly regarding any issues because the project is rather complicated. 

How did you come to work with them?

I was introduced to Technografia Ltd by a respected customer who knew I was seeking high-quality translation services.

How much have you invested with them?

The first project was around $25,000. The current project is going to be $50,000 or more.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in May 2019, and the work is ongoing.


What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

I’m thrilled with them; they are doers. I needed the documents by mid-June, and they delivered at the end of May. I never could’ve imagined that they could complete that amount of work in such a short time. The results were impressive. They added interesting notes. For example, they parallelized Greek legislation with British legislation. They consulted as well, even though it wasn’t part of their scope of work. Technografia Ltd is a value-added partner.

How did Technografia Ltd perform from a project management standpoint?

Project management is great. Their project managers know the customer quite well and work on a vertical basis with their client. We always know who is handling what, who to talk to, and how fast it will be delivered. They find problems and resolve them.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their timing and quality are most impressive. With the technical and legal documents that they translated, they asked me what kind of people would read each document. They translated the technical language so people who might not understand such technical jargon would be able to.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They’re doing an excellent job and should expand their company to more customers.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Be clear, straightforward, and precise. They will provide the best deliverables you could imagine. Give them good documents so they can understand them and translate them in the best possible way. They have people who can handle technical, legal, medical, and tourist materials.
