Please describe your company and your position there.

CSS Electronics manufactures IoT CAN bus data logger devices. I'm a co-owner of the company.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

For what projects/services did your company hire TechnoCube?

We needed to create a new data management platform for use with cloud servers like AWS and Google Cloud. We hired TechnoCube to build the application essentially from scratch.

What were your goals for this project?

Our goal was to create a lightweight starting point for our application with robust functionality. We needed a client-ready version.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor?

We found TechnoCube on a technology-specific online forum, namely a Slack channel for the open source Minio Server tool.

Describe the project and the services they provided in detail.

The software tool allows users to configure their IoT data loggers as well as browse and manage uploaded files in a web-based React JS tool.

What was the team composition?

I’m not sure about the exact team composition. My impression is that there is a set of developers in addition to our specific point of contact at TechnoCube.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

The support TechnoCube provided has allowed us to prepare the tool much faster than we could have otherwise. Their services probably saved us between 2–4 months of work.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

TechnoCube communicated with us via email and Skype. We held our meetings on Skype, as well.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

TechnoCube’s excellent communication and substantial value for the cost were extremely important to me. The team's expertise and fast responsiveness made us feel comfortable working together.

Are there any areas for improvement?

There are none so far. We've been extremely happy with TechnoCube’s support!
