They then started working on Off Page and we have been able to get great quality backlinks. They always kept us in the loop with weekly meetings.

Once completed a reworked page will go live, In only a few days we notice a significant increase in interest and sales. Jasmin seems to be available 24/7. I will send over some new copy and these will be updated in double-quick time. Nothing is too much trouble.

Not that I can think of. If we don't like something we discuss a change and the TechnoCrackers team is on it.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The website forms the anchor of our communication activities and the eCommerce store is currently the exclusive sales channel, hence both are of utmost importance. Since we just recently launched we don't have any measurable data yet but are extremely satisfied with the outcome based on the initial feedback we received.

Throughout the project we used a weekly "status call" (via video web-conference) as the main tool to ensure effective communication and progress. If needed, separate calls were scheduled and Jasmin always made himself readily available.

Other communication tools included eMails, phone calls, WhatsApp messaging and shared docs. Overall, it was a very pleasant project experience from an organizational perspective.

TechnoCrackers were very responsive, met their deadlines and reacted to new circumstances when necessary.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

It has been a fantastic experience working with TechnoCrackers and Jasmin in particular. I have and will continue to highly recommend them for anyone who intends to build a website and/or eCommerce store.

I run a Search Engine Optimisation company based in Essex, UK. I'll give one example here which is the most relevant. Technocrackers redesigned and developed a property lawyer website, a client of mine. Their old website was rather dated and needed a modern feel and touch. It also wasn't optimised for loading speed. From an SEO perspective, I provided the URL structure and the basic layout of how the website needed to function.

Technocrackers went away and came up with three suitable designs, all of which were initially given to the Law firm for inspection. In several video calls with the Law firm and myself, we discussed the pros and cons of each design. Whittling it down to a preferred single design that would ooze the appeal they were seeking.

From this point, Technocrackers did what they needed to do...built the new website in Desktop version and then mobile responsive version. I was involved with some fine editing at the end of the development stage, but other than that Technocrackers were able to move the project forward amicably and on time.

I had a single contact at Technocackers - Jasmin. He and I would have discussions over video conferencing and emails to discuss the layout and the most suitable design. He would then relay the messages internally to his team.

I had ranked the Law firm for their desired targeted KWs at #1 the previous year and they were not getting as many leads as they should have with the older, dated design. Within the first 2 months of the new website being live, the law firm had received the same amount of leads that it had previously received in the previous 12 months.

I oversaw the project in question, helped with the design and how the functionality of the website should work. Technocrackers put all the pieces together in the development. We conversed using Zoom and Skype to discuss issues and how best to solve them.

Probably develop the website on a well-known theme that people with non-website development skills can update easily. Say if the Law firm wanted to add additional content to the website, they would have to come to me first for a demonstration.

My role includes a lot of design work, content creation, and video editing. Without help from TechnoCrackers, I wouldn’t be able to complete a lot of the jobs I receive.
