I’m the founder and CEO of a website and mobile app development company in India. We specialize in mobile app development, Salesforce development, PPC, and digital marketing.

We had a political client that needed digital marketing services. The campaign was for one of the leading political parties in India; they were interested in connecting to the common people through social media.

Techmagnate provided digital marketing services. They mainly focused on social media platforms like Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, and Instagram. The project’s core goal was to increase the public presence of the political party.

They created everything regarding content marketing. The team also managed the social media accounts, including the comments on posts. Additionally, we hired a person to create graphics and shoot videos and photos of political events. We sent the footage to Techmagnets, and they edited it, wrote captions, and posted it.

We had about 15 people working for us; there were two project managers, graphic designers, and social media managers.

We found them on Google. We saw their website and were assured they could work on digital marketing. Additionally, we visited their social media pages to confirm their work.

We don’t have sales metrics, but we were satisfied with their work. Although their services were a little pricy, they were great.

They were great at communicating and adhering to our deadlines.

They had a good ranking on Google. However, their most impressive trait was their language — the words they chose were highly diplomatic.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I didn't find anything that could be improved; they were simply perfect.

Any advice for potential customers?

You can hire Techmagnate if you have no budget constraints. If you have budget issues, I wouldn’t recommend them.

They suggested we to work on local search-based keywords as well to drive more intent-based searches to our website which really paid off. They used Google Analytics, SEM Rush, and Facebook and LinkedIn Ad Managers to measure all the metrics.

More than 5 resources worked on the project and their positions varied from Assistant Managers to Senior Managers.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

So far, we have had a 151% improvement in organic traffic in last one year and achieved 4.4x ROI through these strategies. We are very happy with the pace of work along with the results. They have performed well.

Techmagnate ensured a smooth flow of communication and constant exchange of information through monthly reviews of the entire project.

So far the kind of support and results they have provided us with doesn’t require any concern from our side. Since they are also taking care of our social media channels there is always scope to let the creative juices flow.

We shortlisted a few similar digital marketing agencies based on their reviews and past work on similar products. We had also briefly worked with Techmagnate in the past. However, after meeting representatives from all our shortlisted vendors, we decided to go with Techmagnate because of the way they were able to understand our requirements, explain to us how and what they would work on and finally our own experience with working with them before.

Since our new website had not yet launched, we initially shared our business goals and product vision with them. We also gave them access to our staging sites and other sample content. Based on the same, they worked on Keyword Research and Competitor Analysis.

They also shared with us a list of initial tasks related to SEO migration from the old site. Post launch, they worked on On-Page SEO, Provided an exhaustive list of SEO related tasks and issues that our development team needed to work on, Provided suggestions for our Web Content, and worked on Off-Page SEO as well.

3 - 4 people including a Project Manager, a Sr. SEO Manager and 2 SEO Specialists for the daily work.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

It would be too soon to say since we had close this project before all the goals were achieved. This was completely an internal business objectives related decision and nothing to do with Techmagnate's performance or services.

Their task management and communication system are outstanding. They have their own software system of managing their client accounts. They send monthly reports. They update pending tasks along with appropriate documentations. They send follow ups and reminders through the same. Their Project Manager has always been an intuitive person who has understood issues and quickly taken action accordingly. Honestly, they have had to do more followups with us rather than the other way round.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They have a very structured and professional way of working. Their ownership is outstanding. Even when we were experiencing delays in our launch, they made changes to their schedule and later went on to finish off the On-Page tasks quickly after the site launch.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

In the initial stages, I felt they assumed a lot about the client's own knowledge about Digital Marketing. They should provide more explanations to help out the client in making critical decisions. For example: Keyword Search. When asking for approval on selected Keywords, they really need provide some quick tips to the client on what kind of keywords should be finalized, what mix to go after, etc. so he/ she can take the right decision.

We had the same website for over a decade, but our search visibility was very low. We needed help to improve our online visibility and search engine ranking.

We’re currently focusing on SEO with Techmagnate, but they also provide some digital marketing services. All of our SEO efforts are targeted at our Indian audience. Our scope of work right now is relatively limited and is only focused on a few keywords to yield results.

Our engagement with Techmagnate began in November 2021, and it’s ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

We’re tracking our search rankings and site traffic since we’ve implemented Techmagnate’s suggestions. Although we’re still in the early stages of the partnership, we’ve seen a 25% growth month-on-month in traffic so far. I don’t expect to see that growth sustained for our entire partnership, but I’m pleased with how impactful Techmagnate’s work has been in just a few months.

How did Techmagnate perform from a project management standpoint?

 Our initial onboarding with Techmagnate went very smoothly, and we collaborated to develop a comprehensive plan to follow throughout the project. Since the beginning of the partnership, Techmagnate has been extremely organized and professional. Any project delays are usually because I’ve dropped the ball. 

We have multiple meetings a week with the account manager to discuss project progress and then have monthly meetings with Techmagnate’s entire team. We use Teamwork to manage the project and communicate through emails and phone calls.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I’ve been really impressed with Techmagnate since our very first meeting when I experienced Techmagnate’s founder’s passion for digital marketing. Our project is more than just another job for them — they’re invested in our project and making knowledgeable suggestions to improve our company.

I can’t think of anything for Techmagnate to improve.

We were looking for SEO partners that can help us rank better on Google SERPs and the goal was to increase the free user sign ups through organic traffic and direct traffic as well as increase brand awareness and authority in the food and beverage industry.

Through Google search. Deciding factors were looking at their existing portfolio and real time results with their existing clients. I also spoke to a couple of other similar role professionals who have used their services before.

Our engagement began when the account managers were assigned for our project. We scoped out the entire keyword research on a single sheet and finalised a set of 100 keywords to target in the first year with the idea to start ranking on at least 20 of them on the first page.

First we decided to improve the on-page SEO ranking factors along with fixing any technical issues that might hinder the progress. After that, we created a content plan on the basis of final list of keywords based on search intent of our target ICPs. Once we started publishing more frequently, the agency was tasked with creating high-quality back-links.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We have drastically increased the traffic in the last one year and quite a few keywords have started showing up on the SERPs. Our increase in free user sign ups can be directly attributed to the agency's efforts that led to the increase in qualified traffic to the website.

Project management was made easy by creating timelines and deadlines for the project undertaken. It was easy to manage and work from there depending on communication and priorities.

The most impressive was the scale of the work they did. Plus,  the kind of keywords they have helped target for other companies. Some of them are very competitive domains and yet they were able to show results over a short period of time.

They have been great at managing our expectations and meeting deadlines. We mostly use email to communicate,and they're always quick to respond and implement changes.We have a monthly roundtable meeting with both of our teams for big updates.

Their level of professionalism and overall knowledge within the industry stands out.They put in a lot of due diligence before getting started, and its ensured we've had a smooth project. Also i really appreciate their follow-through and willingness to deliver.

They built websites from scratch and made it look pretty good, with a bunch of inner pages. We provide some of the verbiage. If we don’t have the verbiage, and then they’ll come to us with ideas and we’ll make that work.

They built a website for me when I was working at another company. We were just so happy with the site they built. When we stopped working with that other company we asked them if they would do some work for us, and it was great.

Can you provide a ballpark dollar figure for the size of the work that they’ve done for you?

I think it’s been less than $1,000 a year. The initial website building and all that, that took a little bit more. They were extremely reasonable in relation to what I was getting in the U.S.

We started in 2009, and they’re still working for us.

In terms of results and feedback is there anything you can share based on their performance?

They’re great. If something doesn’t click right or something happens with the site, they’ll inform me right away. They monitor the websites well. I’m just really happy with their service, they’re very good.

I know anybody going to our websites says “wow these guys are legit.” It’s not a rinky-dink website that they build. So, they’re good at what they do.

Is there anything unique about them that really makes them stand out, compared to other companies?

They don’t wrong you on the pricing. They’re very reasonable, and they do the same work, if not better, than some of the other companies out there. They cost a fraction of what it normally costs to get this done.

Communication with offshore companies can be challenging at times; however, in general, they have performed well. As with specialized SEO projects, such as health, they write promotional pieces and blog articles, and these all need to be edited and revised as they do not have health specialists. The English language and verbiage and vernacular is unique in India, so we had to do some additional editing.
