Overall, my experience with TechHub Asia was excellent, but if there’s one area for improvement, it would be the initial onboarding process. While the development phase was smooth and well-structured, the early stages of project alignment could have been more streamlined. A more structured kickoff with clearer expectations, deliverables, and timelines from the start would have helped set the foundation even more effectively. That said, once we got past the initial phase, their communication, responsiveness, and technical execution were outstanding. This is only a minor point in an otherwise highly successful collaboration, and I wouldn’t hesitate to work with them again.
