They worked on Jira and provided us with a link so we could see the app's workflow and progress. They also worked on Figma, where they did the UI design. So far, the team has used Node.js for the backend and React for the frontend. The tool needs to allow our clients to enter the details of their website, project, or software. Then, our system tests it, including the APIs, security, accessibility, and more.

Techgropse has also offered maintenance services for a year. We host the tool on AWS, and they maintain it.

We can see a drastic change in efficiency, around 70% in terms of turnaround time. Overall, I'm really satisfied with the results.
