After the app launch, we saw a 40% increase in member engagement across our choirs, with more consistent participation in rehearsals and events. The app also reduced our manual coordination efforts by over 60%, thanks to automated notifications and centralized scheduling. Additionally, member feedback has been overwhelmingly positive, with many expressing appreciation for the improved connectivity and ease of use. These results have significantly enhanced the way we operate and support our community.

We measured the 40% increase in member engagement by comparing app usage data and participation records from before and after the app launch. Specifically, we tracked:

• Login frequency: The number of members actively logging into the app weekly.
• Event RSVP and attendance rates: A noticeable increase in members confirming and attending rehearsals and community events through the app’s calendar feature.
• Resource access: More members were downloading and viewing shared materials like sheet music, rehearsal guides, and announcements.
• Feedback submissions: We received a higher volume of feedback through in-app forms and surveys, indicating active involvement.

By comparing these metrics over a three-month period before and after the app’s implementation, we observed a consistent 40% growth in overall engagement across our choirs.

We measured the 60% reduction in manual coordination efforts by analyzing the time and resources our team previously spent on communication and scheduling tasks compared to after the app was launched.

Before the app, our coordinators spent an average of 15–20 hours per week managing emails, messages, and phone calls related to event planning and member updates. Post-launch, this dropped to around 6–8 hours weekly, thanks to automated push notifications and centralized scheduling within the app.

We also recorded a noticeable decline in individual back-and-forth emails and manual reminders, as most updates were now managed through the app’s notification and announcement features.

Previously, updates were sent through multiple channels (email, WhatsApp, printed materials), but the app streamlined this into a single, consistent source of information, reducing repetition and confusion.

Moreover, internal feedback from our administrative volunteers and team members confirmed that the app made their roles significantly more manageable and efficient.

The measurable outcomes included a successful app launch on both iOS and Android platforms, improved internal workflow efficiency, and positive feedback from our research staff. Additionally, the app met all our functional requirements and was delivered on time, reflecting Techgropse’s commitment to quality and timelines. 

Since launching the app developed by Techgropse, we observed a noticeable reduction in manual data entry tasks and a significant improvement in internal communication response times. Team members also experienced much faster access to research data and documents, which greatly enhanced our day-to-day operational efficiency. We tracked that manual data entry tasks were reduced by over one-third, and internal communication response times improved by nearly half. This led to team members accessing research data and documents in roughly half the time compared to before the app was implemented.
