Please describe your company and your position there.

We, GL Consult, are a business firm that does QMS, HRM, PM, HSE 12&3, CRM outsourcing for firms and we also train fresh graduates and other individuals in professional courses.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

For what projects/services did your company hire Tech O'Clock?

The re-designing and upgrading of our website to be more professional and to include online training, testing and grading of our participants for the award of certificates.

What were your goals for this project?

We want participants to be able to attend our trainings online and to remove the problem of conducting tests manually. We want people to be able to contact us even when we are officially close and to boost our market share

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor?

He voluntarily offered us his services when he visited our website and saw how unprofessional it was then. He also noticed that we had to contact our previous agent before we can do anything on our site.

Describe the project in detail.

The project involving changing to C-press (or something like that). He practically yanked down the site and restructured everything to looking and working better. He simply the whole process and train us to work on the site without referring to him unless if there is any major issue. He also helped in marketing our trainings on FB

What was the team composition?

Well, Jimoh attended to us directly himself as he was just starting then. Although, he has other members but he dedicated himself personally to us as he believe that we are in a position to get him more referrals, which we have since been doing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

To be frank with you, we have never had it more rosier since the re-engineering of our website! Apart from increased traffic, things became more easier in the office. We now rely on lesser hands to accomplish more and bigger tasks. The information that we have initially been repeating on phones or disseminating through flyers are now on display on the website and we have also been able to make some savings.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Perfect. I was the one in charge and we always meet as schedule and there was actually no disagreement at any one time

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They have a knack to discern problems and make necessary recommendations at fantastic price! We were expecting a huge bill but after studying our situation and actually seeing things, the company gave us their best for the paltry sum we paid. Also at the initial stage when we were finding it difficult to work on the site, the company will attend to the work on our behalf while firmly insisting that we can handle them on our own until we became perfect.

Are there any areas for improvement?

In life, nobody is perfect and I expect them not to rest on their oars and to continue to put in their bests at all time. There is always room for improvement and they should continue to appraise themselves of latest technologies and better ways of doing things.
