We needed a new design for our company logo and website, to allow us to increase our visibility and have a company image that would enable us to promote ourselves online and offline. We hired Tech Breeze to help us with the design for our company logo and website.

We had previously heard about this company, so we contacted them directly to see if they can help with what we needed, and we quickly reached an agreement to work on this project.

We held a few meetings to discuss the needs and requirements we had for the project. They then came back with some proposals, which we refined together, in a few stages, ending up with a final version for the company logo and website.

We worked together with their designer, we had one person from their side working with us directly.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We got very good designs from them, both for the company logo/image and for the company website. We have since then put the new company image into use and got really good and positive feedback on that.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Communication with their team was very easy and efficient. We had multiple online meetings to discuss the requirements and feedback, as well as email conversations to present and discuss about the deliverables of the project. We have received everything we asked for on time.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They have very skilled people working there, we were impressed by the quality of the delivered products. They were open and receptive to our ideas and came back with very good results, based on what we had asked for.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Nothing really to report on this area.

Beeing a new company we need a website to promote our products and for a better online visibility.

After interviewing them and presentation of our needs and expectations within the established buget, we decided to collaborate with them.

The scope was to create a new website and for this we had a couple of meetings in which we have discussed every step in detail. In the first step we sent out our requests. Next step was design implementation and after that code written in JavaScript. After testing was successfully completed the website was deployed to us.

We worked with two people. First was the designer who sketched the project very nicely and after that a developer implemented the code.

Following the launch of the website, we have greater visibility and clients can find us much more easily.

We repeatedly discussed both face to face and on Teams about the steps that had to be followed in each stage of the project. The discussions were very relaxed and productive. It was a pleasure to collaborate with them.

They are very professional with vast experience in their field and the results were up to our expectations.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Using the site we found minor bugs which they later fixed without problems.

I am the CEO of a engineering, design and automation company seated in Cluj-Napoca, Ro. We develop, design and build food industry machinery and intralogistics.

Developing a new website for our company, with new features and a modern, up-to-date company image and presentation.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

It was not very easy: there is quite an offer on the market. We decided for Tech Breeze because they can offer much more than web design: tailored modules, interactive content and a well designed company image content. Also, an important argument is that they can, if needed, develop software code for us in the future.

It begun with few meetings (online at the beginning and offline later on) to know, understand eachother's values and accomodate work styles, then understanding the requests we had and draw a benchmarking system for evaluation of the process. The themes got clear fast. We received 4 variants of project frames, we chose one and worked together to populate the mainframe of design with images, visual and video content, written content. At this very point, we are at the final of this stage. The design tuning and demo/partial publishing and testing are to come within next month/s

A project manager, a visual designer, in the frontline. There are two persons working also in the project (editors and web designers) that not necessary need direct work contact with our firm

At this moment and project stage, we declare satisfaction with the tech solutions, the general design ideas, and how were implemented. The general collaboration was open and extremely fair, and transparent. We are looking forward to testing the website in real conditions and measuring the results. We are positive and optimistic, considering the work done so far.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Very targeted on project and flexible in finding the solutions we need to touch our own targets. Short and condensed work meetings. Never spending my time for irrelevant details. They're intuitive and quick to understand our needs. Sometimes not very clearly described by us but nevertheless well understood. We would call this great effectiveness.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Talent and knowledge, technical abilities but, very important for me, excellent communication and ability to see and foresee the project's phases thus avoiding any blockage or slowdown by taking the right measures in advance.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Like always. They could maybe offer a photo or video service - we met difficulties in providing the right quality visual content. But to be honest, it was never part of the contract. Today, I would try to get this service in the same contract. In the beginning, did not cross my mind.

We had a meeting to discuss our goals, and our company style. From there, the team delivered mock-ups for our site. We had some changes, but after that they delivered exactly what we needed.

Our clients loved the design of our website. It is very useful for us when we want to present our company projects. The interface is friendly and easy to use.

The website is easy to be updated by our team when we want to add new projects to our portfolio and very user friendly.

From time to time there are some bugs to be improved, like the connection between our website and e-mail, but the guys from Tech Breeze are very receptive, and eager to help us.
