Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the VP of IT operations for Outsell Inc. We’re a research advisory firm with about 20 full-time employees.
What challenge were you trying to address with Teceze Ltd?
We were in need of a new IT tech support company.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Teceze manages our tech support. They help manage laptops, internal admission applications, and security aspects. They scan machines and fix hardware issues. They also troubleshoot things like login, password support, system backups, and more.
What is the team composition?
There are 2–3 people that work with us at one time. They rotate; it’s not the same people every time.
How did you come to work with Teceze Ltd?
We posted on LinkedIn. After an evaluation process, Teceze was the most flexible company, with multiple points of contact, such as email, chat, and phone support. They were also cost-effective for us.

I gave them feedback on issues such as time consciousness. They received it well and adjusted accordingly.

If you want a tech support company that doesn’t just supply IT support from machines, Teceze is a good option.
