Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the co-founder and managing director at ThoughtShift, a digital marketing agency.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with Team Pamper?

We wanted to engage our employees in a well-being and pampering program. Most of them work at desks all day, so we wanted to address any posture issues that may arise with their necks, backs, or wrists.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Team Pamper ran a desk Pilates course, training our entire team in the exercise. They also provided consultancy services for each person to understand better their day-to-day roles as well as what kind of activities they did outside of work. From there, they provided insights into how to maintain better well-being. We initially hired them for a one-off event, but it went so well that we now have an ongoing program where they have a massage therapist come into our office every month.

What is the team composition? 

We work with three people but have two main points of contact. The owner makes sure our expectations are met, and the office massage leader tailors the massages to our employees’ unique needs.

How did you come to work with Team Pamper?

We found them on Google. They were ranked high and had positive reviews, so we got in contact. Unlike other firms, everyone on their team was trained in physiotherapy and occupational health, so we hired them.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent less than $10,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We partnered in April 2018, and the work is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We recently distributed an employee satisfaction survey, and it’s increased up to 90%. We’re happy with their work and would definitely recommend them.

How did Team Pamper perform from a project management standpoint?

We recently moved locations, and they were incredibly accommodating with our new space. They’re willing to adjust to our scheduling needs, too.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They’re dedicated to personal service. They took time to understand our needs to create a tailored well-being program that was specific to our team and environment.

They need to advertise more so that more people know about them.
