I am the UX researcher at the world's leading long-distance carpooling service.
For what projects/services did your company hire TeaCup Lab?
We run some usability tests in Madrid in order to test new features on our platform, concerning our new bus offer.
What were your goals for this project?
We wanted to check that these new features were well-understood, seen and how our members could use it or not.
How did you select this vendor?
I know Stefano for our previous companies and it always has been a pleasure to work with him! He's a real expert and competent about UX research and he's also very human. TeaCup Lab also has amazing offices and very convenient for usability tests.
Describe the project in detail.
TeaCup Lab was responsible for recruiting participants (members of our community) in Madrid for one-to-one tests in their lab. They also provided facilities for the test and took care of the moderation of the tests and a part of the analysis. We provided them a prototype which was translated in Spanish for the tests

I worked directly with Stefano on this project, he was my only interlocutor

Usability tests run perfectly, without no-shows or technical issues,
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
We didn't use any specific tools but communication has been great during the whole project
