Feedback summary:

The client has received a lot of positive feedback regarding the look of the website and business cards. They appreciated the agency's transparency, pleasant nature, and professionalism.

A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.

Introduce your business and what you do there.

Our company is Christian Duvernois Landscape Studio. We’re a landscape design and art studio in New York City. I am the design director.

What challenge were you trying to address with TDT?

We needed branding, identity and development services.

What was the scope of their involvement?

They created our logo very successfully as well as all the ancillaries - media, website, print as well as a style guide and all that. They were a one-stop shop for our company - branding, identity, website and print materials.

We start off with a brainstorming session in person. Then, they develop a plan ahead and show us mockups along the way. Everything is very transparent. They keep us aware of all the updates and the progress they’re in the process of making. We go back and forth in person and on the phone and are always happy with the result. We choose from one of the several mockups along with their descriptions of each one and what’s different about them.

How did you come to work with TDT?

The firm principal said they came highly recommended from someone that he knew years ago.

Could you provide a sense of the size of this initiative in financial terms?

Under $10,000 per year.

What is the status of this engagement?

All projects are completed. We started working with them four or five years ago. We completed last month.

Could you share any evidence that would demonstrate the productivity, quality of work, or the impact of the engagement?

We do not have measurable metrics available, but we have a lot of positive feedback like “I love the slash on your business cards. I notice your website and it looks great.”

How did TDT perform from a project management standpoint?

Very well. TDT was very transparent and clear as far as exactly what’s going to happen. TDT follows up on all that through email lists, and they have a web portal with other means of transparency.

What did you find most impressive about TDT?

They were pleasant and professional.

Are there any areas TDT could improve?

Not really.
