The client is a marketing agency focused particularly on health, wealth, and happiness industries. The agency works with several larget healthcare organizations (hospital networks) as well as several B2B healthcare tech companies.

We had a number of challenging clients whose large Google Ads budgets were being exhausted on lower & lower returns YOY. We needed a fresh set of eyes to help us tweak and expand strategy in order to continue to bring in the best and most profitable ideas to the client team(s).

TC had been a contact in a previous engagement, and had shown us excellent return on his advice. Continuing to work with him on larger and more complex engagements was a no-brainer.

Our engagement was loosely defined as improving and forward thinking on a stagnating large Google Ads account -- the loose definition suited the project - consultation, access, definition of client & agency goals, delivery of doc and follow up discussion, TC covered additional questions and details basically on demand, which we appreciated.

They have the ability to drive both high and low-level ideas -- strategy as well as tactics, and connect these items to an overall set of client goals. Ability to take unrealistic goals and turn them into reality - eg, how much reaching these goals might cost, or how long that might take.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
What may have been valuable to extend the relationship: A template of meet/implementation suggestions based on budget or industry. I never requested anything like this, but coming to the table with: Based on [x budget] I suggest 5 meetings at these points of time, covering each of these five things with these outcomes may have led to more reliable, add'l engagements.

For what projects/services did your company hire T.C. Jennings Consulting, and what were your goals?
We have numerous clients with smaller budgets that are focused on the B2B space. We were looking for someone to help us with multiple assignments who had creative ideas to get the most impact for the money as well as be a good client guide when they weren't as familiar with the space.
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
We started working with TC on a couple of short term assignments, but the more we worked together, the more we saw he not only has the same spirit and approach to clients that our agency does, but the clients really liked him as well! As we received more client requests, we pulled TC into more projects and integrated him into our teams.

There were projects for SEO that required site audits, recommendations for SEO optimization and additional strategic guidance. We also have multiple clients who focus on paid social around LinkedIn where they have needed recommendations on how to target niche audiences and optimize their campaigns.
Finding experience in Facebook, Instagram, etc is easy, but LinkedIn requires specific knowledge about the platform and TC has brought strategic leadership to our clients.

Depending on volume and client need, we've worked with 4-6 people on TC's team, including a project manager and multiple technicians.

TC and his team work on so many ongoing assignments that we don't necessarily have project goals, but the clients he has ongoing work with are appreciative of what he's brought to the table. They proactively seek his advice and counsel and want him to weigh in on their programs.

Once all the teams had been introduced to TC the flow has been integrated into normal processes. He communicates well with the teams and is responsive to them.

I commend their willingness to work on multiple aspects of performance marketing - not just one thing. We don't have a performance marketing team in our office so it was necessary to have a group that could help with multiple facets.
