For us, the biggest things that we were seeing was that we were not using our dollars efficiently. So the first thing we wanted TB3 to do was to run an audit of our existing campaigns in Google and LinkedIn, since we didn't know what to fix.

From there, we were wanting to increase the quality of leads that we were getting from the two channels, while maintaining a steady CPL.

Additionally, we were looking for ongoing management of the monthly ad budget that we had in order to continue to be responsive to the changes in the market.

The main deliverables that we wanted were to decrease CPLs while increasing opportunities sourced by our paid ads.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

• In our most recent month (6/24) of performance from Google Ads, we saw a 58% drop in cost/conversion YoY.
• In our most recent month (6/24) of performance on LinkedIn, we saw a 400% increase in leads, with our budget having only increased by 100%.

Their team is amazing when it comes to project management. Most of the time, they are reminding me of things that I owe them. They are always on top of things, and are always just a message away for any questions that I have.

There is truly a partnership with them that I haven't experienced in other agencies that I have worked with. They are honest about what is best for our company, as opposed to trying to find ways to get us to spend more and earn more themselves.

Nothing. I have worked with them across two different organizations, and I don't want to work with any other agency out there.
