What we were looking for was a full managed accounting services, to focus our energy on our start-up.

We were looking for a multilanguage speaker accounter and in Tax and Advise they speak many European languages

First, we met them to discuss the situation, the objectives, and the purpose of our company. They give us a lot of advice about finance optimization and cash flow management, helping with reports and statements. We're still working with them now, to handle our taxes and investments.

We have a flat that covers all the needs that a company like ours can involve.

What was the team composition?

We work with only one accountant that knows our company in detail. Then he talks with all the needed experts in his office but we speak every time with the same.

We appreciate how well they handle our taxes and the special attention to the invoices, which is really important.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The onboarding process is well-organized. Our account manager is easy to reach and provides frequent updates. We use email and our internal cloud system for sharing documents safely.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The staff is available at any time needed. They're professional, get work done correctly, and help us make informed financial decisions.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Improve the communications skills of the staff.
