Are there any areas for improvement or something Tavant could have done differently?
While our overall experience with Tavant was highly positive, there were a few areas where we saw room for improvement.
One area was initial onboarding and documentation — some technical resources could have been more detailed, especially for our internal IT team handling integrations. More robust knowledge transfer during the early stages would have helped accelerate internal adoption.
Additionally, while their team was responsive, at times response times during peak project phases could have been quicker, especially when critical decisions or troubleshooting were required.
That said, Tavant was open to feedback and continuously worked to improve as the project progressed, which we greatly appreciated.
