I own a social interaction platform called LIVE. In this platform, we target a specific niche consisting of young adults who are interested in arts, undergrads and students who have potential to pursue their dreams. Our goal is to help the youth interact and find ways to aspire and be inspired. Live is a platform filled with talent and creativity.

For what projects/services did your company hire Tapgency Inc., and what were your goals?

I hired Tapgency Inc to get my social interaction application developed. My goals were plain and simple, I required a soothe process of development with no loopholes and drawbacks, and most importantly, I was short on time.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I looked over a couple of options, and Mr. Ahmed and his team caught my attention the most. I had previously heard about their performance, and having further conversations with them only proved my instinct to be right. Each member of the team had quite the knowledge and experience, and this built my confidence in them.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

I was engaged with a project manager, who brief the entire process, and was in constant communication with me. I first received the SOPs, in a written format, and then I was sent an initial design wireframe. Once I approved it, they sent me a prototype, which was later made functional. The technologies used in my project were: NODE.JS and React Native for front end. Throughout the procedure, I was content and constantly in loop, which kept me informed and calm.

I was first introduced to Mr. Ahmed, and then his team of project Managers, and developers. Each of the people were highly skilled and knowledgeable, and provided me with the exact outcome I desired.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Honestly, each time I received a deliverable, I was only satisfied. However, even if I had some concerns or suggestions, they were taken into notice the very minute I informed them, and the outcome of the project was exactly what I had envisioned.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

I was extremely impressed by their project management style, everything was in motion, and up to speed, and I not once were they behind the date of submission! Moreover, I was kept in loop with everything, keeping in mind the boundaries of my work timings.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I think the best part was having Mr. Ahmed, with a position to just oversee and be reported to, ensure each step was smoothly progressing and my feedbacks were catered.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I believe there is room for improvement for everyone at every stage, however, I cannot recall anything in particular for now, as my experience with them was outstanding! I would highly recommend.
