I am the owner. Website zadluzenia.com is one of the largest, modern financial portal in Poland. We understand the financial world in which the Internet plays an increasingly important role. It becomes not only a source of information, but also the primary channel of communication with financial institutions. Our mission is to help with understanding financial world, free of charge.

For what projects/services did your company hire Tamago Software, and what were your goals?

Our website has been operating for many years and required a complete reconstruction - both in terms of frontend (new layout) and backend to meet the requirements of today's users. The work in terms of SEO optimisation was also a huge role here, due to the changing algorithms of online search engines.

Additionally, migrating tens of thousands of posts from the previous version of the website was a very difficult challenge. The purpose of these activities was to increase traffic on the website and obtain better website positioning results.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We cooperated with Tamago Software on the occasion of previous projects, we knew their capabilities, technical facilities and experience. One of the criteria was the overall execution price and execution time.

The project started with a series of meetings with the Tamago team, with whom we worked together during the workshops on the assumptions for the project. Then we moved to the stage of preparing functional mockups of the website.

As soon as we decided the final shape of the mock-ups, graphic layouts of the entire website were prepared, where I had the opportunity to consult certain areas, corrections, my feedback has always been important for them.

The last stage was the implementation of the website on the test server, joint tests and launching the website on the target domain. In addition, SEO work was underway. Whole project was WordPress based.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

While working on the project, the entire team of specialists was delegated to work on the part of Tamago - a dedicated project manager for communication throughout the project, a UX designer for preparing mockups, UI graphic designer for designing layouts, two programmers (frontend and backend), and one tester.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Shortly after launching the project, there was a significant improvement in the traffic on the site. Most of the assumed SEO metrics have improved, we hope for further increases in the coming weeks / months. The assumed goals were initially achieved.

The project was divided into stages, each stage was coordinated by a dedicated project manager. Each stage also had a timeline for realisations and feedback. Communication took place both by e-mail, by phone and on a dedicated channel in the project management system.

I appreciated their innovative approach, professionalism, and technical approach to SEO best practices. The very quick reaction times of the project manager played an important role here.

Not that I can recall.

Our website should be updated and developed with a lot of new content and features. We needed an agency that could develop our guide to be easy to use. It was a huge amount of content that should be published, therefore we needed someone who could provide a website where the reader would be able to access it all in a smooth way. Above this, we had a very short timeframe, but I didn’t get disappointed at any time – upstarting workshop, development, updates… All were delivered as agreed, all went very smoothly. The team were always very available, and no questions were unanswered. The result got great!

Initial workshop, presentation of need, content, wishes etc. They understood it all and delivered suggestions for development. During the way we got “education” in how to do future updates, how to use it in the team to be able to do smaller adjustments etc.

No idea, challenge, or task have been seen upon as a problem – just a small thing that easily can be solved. And that’s how everything has been delivered, with high service, positive and kind mode to solve and create all kind of content we’ve needed and asked for in our process to launch new website, tools and content. The work Imaggio provide is of highest service and skills. We’ve been extremely happy with all development that was done while working together. I would be happy to contract them again in case of future needs, I know I will be very well taken care of by this skilled and professional company.
