Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the senior VP of HR for a specialty pharmaceutical company.
What challenge were you trying to address with Talent Reimagined?
We’re growing very quickly and plan to launch about 50 new products in the next few years. However, we haven’t been able to hire enough people with the capabilities we need quickly enough. So, I brought in Talent Reimagined to redesign our hiring process from end-to-end.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Their experts led some discovery workshops, designed, and redesigned a software solution to our hiring problems.
After we validated their proposals, they got into the nuts and bolts of how they could implement their design. They’ve addressed everything from communication to how we would map out the platform. They even created videos we could send to key stakeholders and employees.
What is the team composition?
I worked with three people in the discovery and redesign phases and one person during the implementation phase.
How did you come to work with Talent Reimagined?
I worked with Tessa (Founder) many years ago and I knew she had had a lot of experience and talent in this area. When I took this position, I talked to her about some of our key challenges and she started spit-balling solutions. Tessa asked if we needed support, and of course, I trusted her and her experience. We brought her in to support our discovery workshops. After that, I decided I’d really like to partner with her on the rest of our project.
How much have you invested with them?
We’ve spent about £200,000 (approximately $275,000 USD).
What is the status of this engagement?
The project lasted from August 2019–September 2020.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Compared to our former system, we’ve increased our referrals from 5% to 25%. Now our hiring rate is on track to meet our long-term goals.
How did Talent Reimagined perform from a project management standpoint?
We’ve had very good communication with them throughout the engagement. During the project, we had weekly meetings. Depending on what part of the project we were on, other people on my team had at least weekly meetings with them.
We also have quarterly reviews in which we dove into the reasons why we were making certain decisions. Even though the engagement is over, they still respond to my questions. They still touch base with people in my team to make sure that everything is going smoothly.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They completely tailored their approach to our needs. They listened to our requirements and completely reimagined our process so the solution was unique to our company.
Are there any areas they could improve?
Overall, I was really happy with how we worked together and I don’t think there is anything they need to change. Of course, they are based in Switzerland and have a large team so they’re a bit expensive.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
I would recommend that new clients hold discovery sessions early on in the process because it will help them see what’s possible. Talent Reimagines follows an innovative approach that helps them come up with creative and effective solutions.

For what projects/services did your company hire Talent Reimagined?
Talent Reimagined implemented ERIN for one of their customers, integrating it with Greenhouse (ATS) and Active Directory (for single sign-on).
What were your goals for this engagement?
To implement a successful employee referral platform that was integrated with the other technologies that the HR team and business use.
How did you select Talent Reimagined?
Talent Reimagined oversaw the RFP process for their customer and ultimately chose ERIN as the Employee Referral vendor.
Describe the engagement in detail.
Talent Reimagined oversaw every step of the process, from vendor selection to launch. They worked closely with our team to ensure that the product was implemented in a way that fully supported the referral policy that they designed, and achieved maximum automation.
What was the team composition?
The team consisted of 3 people on our team (ERIN), 3 people on the Talent Reimagined team (TI) and multiple employees on the customers side.
Can you share any outcomes from the engagement that demonstrate progress or success?
Working with Talent Reimagined made the process smooth and organized, they were able to coordinate the different goals and different teams to ensure that everything launched smoothly.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
Very effective. All three teams are in different timezones but Talent Reimagined made themselves available to make sure everything happened on time and at the right time.
What did you find most impressive about this vendor?
Communication was excellent. They are very knowledgeable about the talent acquisition space and were able to provide meaningful guidance and recommendations.
Are there any areas for improvement?
None. We would absolutely work with this team again!
The new platform has increased the client referral rate, helping them get on track to meet their long-term goals. A dedicated and helpful partner, Talent Reimagined communicated with the client weekly during the engagement and continues to provide support now that the engagement is over.
