What was the scope of their involvement?
Taillight provides a crew to coordinate our PR events, where we bring in consumers, influencers, and well-known performers. Their producers assist with the setups, loading and unloading equipment, and bringing a film crew to document the events. Their team completes the editing process as well, handing completed videos to us for approval.
Taillight also manages some of our social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube. We run into some difficulties advertising on Facebook, their team creates content-oriented posts for the platform.
What is the team composition?
When it comes to decision time, we work with three key members of the team, including Tom (President, Taillight) and Matt (Development Producer, Taillight). When we have an event, they’ll send in a 9–15 person team.
How did you come to work with Taillight?
In the past, we worked with other content providers and weren’t getting the quality or depth of services we needed. While looking for a replacement, Taillight was recommended to us. After visiting their offices and touring their facilities, we chose to work with them based on how their capabilities compared to competing providers.
How much have you invested with them?
We’ve invested between $1–$10 million.
