I’m the CEO of Viva Makeup. We’re a makeup, fashion, and design company.

What challenge were you trying to address with TAGET Media?

I needed help with SEO, advertising, branding, and social media.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

TAGET Media helped me to promote my brand and provided social media marketing services.

As part of their key responsibilities, they managed and monitored my Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube accounts. Additionally, they pushed me to make high quality videos so they could help advertise across those platforms. They did all my branding and my SEO and managed PPC and Google AdWords campaigns, while working with my team to perform keyword research.

On the client side, they were responsible for responding to comments and questions. Overall, they provided a full suite of services that we were happy to leverage.

A friend of mine recommended that I work with them. I reached out, and the engagement was successful.

We’ve spent less than $10,000.

We started working together in August 2017, and wrapped up in August 2018.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

People have gotten to know me more because of the branding they did for me.

How did TAGET Media perform from a project management standpoint?

I let them manage the project while I did other work. They tried to understand their customer’s point of view. They always passed the information onto me to see if it’s okay by me. It was easy to work with them. We have mostly phone calls but sometimes use email.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They’re easy to work with. They’re not rigid. They blend with their customers and try to understand them.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, there’s nothing I’d have them improve. They carried me along every step. Anything I didn’t like always got rectified.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

You will enjoy working with them. They’re very friendly.
