Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the CEO of Shadowbox. Shadowbox is an app that allows influencers to gain traction in the market and amongst any type of brand or merchandise they represent.

What challenge were you trying to address with T1 Advertising?

To get my business to the forefront of the saturated digital and affiliate marketing, where it seems like everyone is involved, I employed T1 Advertising and their scientific approach to digital marketing in the forefront.

What was the scope of their involvement?

T1 Advertising helped with brand recognition and messaging for our target audience. They worked with major publications, even international ones. They also worked with strategies to bring in followers. Their team also gave insight and understanding of the TikTok market.

What is the team composition?

I work with Tommy (CEO) and Dimetri (Chief Creative Officer). Dimetri is my main point of contact, and I’ve also worked with one of their writers.

How did you come to work with T1 Advertising?

I’m in tune with what’s going on in the current climate of the influencer economy in terms of brand promotion. They’re the fastest-growing company in the field. Some of the brands they’ve worked with garnered my attention. From the initial contact, their attention to our goals was above what I’d been used to in the past.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent over $10,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with them in February 2020, and we’ve expanded our partnership.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The team executed beyond expectations. I’ve been doing this kind of work for years, and they’ve just accelerated in a way I haven’t seen. We’ve measured what we’ve seen through social media tools, engagement, and PPC. We’ve looked through comments and feedback from people who read the articles that they generated for us.

How did T1 Advertising perform from a project management standpoint?

The overall communication is excellent. Even the high-level officers are in constant communication and follow up with us before deadlines. They always make themselves available, creating an open network for us.

What did you find most impressive about them?

T1 Advertising superseded the delivery promise of what they could accomplish for my brand. Their overall delivery of my product message exceeded my expectations.

Against previous marketing companies I’ve employed in the past, they exhibit a level of care. I continued this partnership after the original contract ended because of their performance.

Are there any areas they could improve?

There’s nothing I would change about our entire partnership.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Go bigger because there’s no need to test their skills and ability. I wish I would’ve put more money into the project instead of waiting to measure their performance.

T1 supported us to position an emoji-based project throught media sales strategy, an app that offers specific social followers a platform with personalized emojis.

What were your goals for this project?

We want to increase sales and downloads of the project with fans and Worldwide social media followers.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Since beginning working with T1 Advertising, donwload and sales have increases, 200,000 users have download the app on appstore (iOS) and google play.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Everything was good. We got touch across video calls on Zoom and when we have many thoughts we schedule a call to resolve it.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Definitely the quick response to any action to communicate and increase downloads.

They worked every step as fast as they could, and the results are verified!
