While the app’s overall design was excellent, some of our users expressed that the initial setup process could have been a bit more streamlined. A guided tutorial or walkthrough for new users would make the process smoother, particularly for those who may not be as tech-savvy. However, this is a minor issue in the grand scheme of things, and Sysgenpro has been responsive to feedback, so I’m confident they will address this in future updates.
