Please give a brief description of your company.

The company is the largest integrated express and logistics service provider with the longest history of business operation, the widest coverage and the broadest range of products in China.

We're mainly engaged in domestic express, international express, contract logistics and LTL. Domestic and international express provides premium, standard and economy shipping products in terms of delivery time, and operates some value-added services, such as COD [collect on delivery]. Contract logistics covers the overall process of supply chain, including warehousing and transport. The company possesses the world-acclaimed brand "EMS" and the leading domestic logistics brand "CNPL."

What was the business challenge that you were trying to address when you approached Synjonesoft?

The processing of express documents is a major challenge for us. Given our limited human resources and the increasing cost of employees, we hoped to outsource this part of our business.

We needed someone to finish the processing of hundreds of thousands of express documents every day.

SOLUTION

What was your process for selecting Synjonesoft to work with?

Based on their publicity and the strength of Synjonesoft, we contacted them and conducted a site inspection of their delivery and management center. After they responded to our bid invitation, Synjonesoft became one of our service providers.

We pay Synjonesoft about $2 million USD yearly.

We have been working with Synjonesoft for three years, and the project is ongoing.
