TERRE + EAU is a start-up hand sanitizer company catering to clientele interested in luxury goods. I am the project supervisor.
For what projects/services did your company hire Synic Creative Marketing, and what were your goals?
We hired Synic Creative Marketing for broadening our reach and creating our media presence among people through our website & social media. Therefore, we hired Synic Creative Marketing for social media management, online marketing over google campaigns and creating content like copywriting, photography. Our objective was to not only capture manual, garage-based business but also to expand over digital media.
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
We interviewed a few different companies for candidacy. We liked that Synic was local and didn’t outsource their talent. The deciding factor, their experience in the field, as shown in their portfolio, is trustworthiness and price.

The first step consisted of a discovery workshop. Collectively, we reviewed business challenges and identified growth opportunities. Next, we discussed the scope and the available resources, keeping TERRE+EAU's objectives in mind with the desired timeline.
The marketing team built landing pages for ad campaigns and created our social media templates according to our company’s base colour combinations. The next step was to start posting professional pictures of our products on social media, advertising them and setting google analytics to track our website conversions.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
All goals and deliverables were achieved as hoped. We’ve obtained business from digital media, and our sales have grown significantly as a result of our collaboration. We had sales growth of over 200% in the six months following the project’s start date.
It helped our company by directly capturing new clients through Instagram and our website. We got conversions on the newsletters through sign-ups designed by Synic Creative Marketing. Our social media has been managed regularly with new content and follow-ups on our leads.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
Synic works with an agile framework. Their team was super responsive, which was a big plus. We never had any issues with timeliness, and some deliverables were achieved ahead of schedule. We communicated and tracked progress using regular email services.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
They are very committed and invested in the project. It came across as just as important to them. They are always accessible in person or via Zoom, and if we had concerns or points for discussion it was never a problem.
