The project aimed to transform its current architecture into an API-led one. A key part of this transformation was to replace the former integration platform, Oracle Service Bus, on the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform is replacing. The project had 3 main stages: Phase 1. The implementation of the Application network from connecting IVASS with the company’s core data storage and security systems.
Phase 2. The distributor Portal is the entry point for an agent or a broker. The Portal serves agents or brokers where they can find all information related to its customers and related policies or claims. Phase 3 was focused to meet Customers' expectations. The Customer portal serves as a single point of entry where a customer can see all the active products, manage their own portfolio, and discover new services and offers.
