The colorful history of Synergy began in 2001 with a simple question, “What are entrepreneurs doing now and how can we help”?
The partners conceived their way to “HELP” while meeting in their (spacious) one bedroom Santa Monica apartments. The concept developed into a ‘boutique financial services company’ that would facilitate nearly all of the financial and operational tasks that most small business and individuals appeared to be dealing with on a daily basis — sometimes to the detriment of their net income.
Once Synergy was off the ground, we culled the following rules from our collective, moral minds:
• There is no fight club.
• Always be worthy of a client’s trust.
• Tell the whole truth — even if it gets us fired.
• Take responsibility for our actions and initiate corrective action when necessary –even if it gets us fired.
