Our client (a membership association) needed to update their website and migrate from their existing customised Magento website. We therefore needed to create a Wordpress website that would provide them with a more robust and long-lived platform but which provided the most useful and necessary elements of the customisation they had previously made to their Magento site (which they use for membership, product sales and CRM).
We engaged Synergic Softek to customise various plug-ins and assist with the migration. We are still making additional changes which is why the project is still listed as ongoing.

We looked at Synergic Softek's experience and liked what we saw at reasonable cost. Their initial responses further reassured us and then our experience has born this out.

They had to tie together membership, subscription, payment and User detail plug-ins to work seamlessly using their original payment services provider. Synergic Softek carried out the coding customisations quickly and effectively. We are now re-engaging Synergic Softek to revise/update the customisations to function with a different payment service provider .
How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
All work was carried out by Synergic Softek's team remotely so we did not interact directly with the team, just through their director.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
The customisations have provided precisely what was required. We are now updating the website with Synergic Softek to do exactly the same but with a different payment provider on the website.

Communications were through the Director and were very good with pertinent questions to ensure our requirements were not misinterpreted. All communications were through email and WhatsApp, ensuring minimal time lapse.

They did exactly what was required, quickly, and at a good cost, and continue to be available for us as and when we need. We are happy to recommend Synergic Softek to others.
