We have retained SyncIt group to maintain, update, and develop our website and the various extensions involved with it.

How did you select Syncit Group and what were the deciding factors?
This vendor was selected due to prior knowledge of their work and our CTO working with them in the past.

Every month we are presented with a roadmap of maintenance items performed and to be performed along with an action plan to take new rollouts from dev/test sites to full implementation. Any new items are presented with dates and goals along with full support and interaction with providers before, during, and after rollout.

We generally work with about 4 key people from this team. I do not know their positions offhand.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
Major milestones included a rollout of a Magento 1.0 and 2.0 website. Feedback has been excellent and any issues have garnered the full attention of the team to address.

The team is very communicative and available for conferences on an as needed basis.

I am CIO of an Fashion company. Main business is retail. We are distributors for 40+ fashion brands in Balkan region.

As we are not satisfied with design and performance of an old site, we have to find a good long-term partner with Magento development background. Our goal was to have stabile website, excellent design and performance in all of our branches. By doing this, we are hoping to improve customer journeys and increase out traffic.
SOLUTION
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
We select SyncIT after the recommendation of our partner. Deciding factors were their approach to the project and experience on similar projects. The resources they have were just what we are looking for.

We have a couple of discovery workshops, where they succeed to give us the right way to solutions for our problems. After that, we knew that we found the best fit for us, and after signing the statement of work, we started a project. In parallel, they were working on the integrations with our ERP and design. After a few iterations, we were already choosing between three mock-ups and testing an exchange of data with the rest API.

A project manager was SPOC for us, and when a phase of significant development was in place we had a couple of contacts with the development lead.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
Of course, we have significant traffic improvement and customer features were 5 stars rated, but I would like to give one more insight what was the best outcome of already enthusiastic and friendly relation. They were 24/7 here for us and still are when needed. All of our ideas we are realizing almost instantly with their support and development.

We had weekly progress meetings, and we have used the ASANA platform for tracking progress.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
They have a lot of experience building and implementing robust eCommerce Magento websites. We have got a better understanding and knowledge of Magento, thanks to them. The response is something that I would praise a lot.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
We are working with many creative people in our company. In the start, we were changing design the design a lot. Communication was something for improvement, but after two weeks we all become really focused and found the right "string".
