What challenge were you trying to address with SyncGaze?
We hired SyncGaze to build our car and bike rental website from the ground up and help us move away from manual booking and coordination. Our main goal was to have a proper online booking system where customers could easily check available vehicles, select dates and times, and place bookings without calling or messaging us every time. We also wanted the website to look professional and trustworthy so customers feel confident booking with us.
Another important objective was to manage vehicle availability correctly so there are no double bookings and less confusion for our team. The site also needed to work smoothly on mobile since most of our customers book from their phones.

The biggest measurable outcome was the shift from manual handling to a structured online booking system, which significantly reduced back-and-forth calls and messages for availability checks.
After launch, customers were able to view available cars and bikes, select dates and times, and submit bookings directly through the website, which improved response time and booking efficiency. This saved our team daily operational time and reduced booking errors. The website and booking system were built exactly as discussed, with attention to usability and real business needs. Everything worked smoothly and felt well thought out.
We also saw an improvement in customer trust and inquiries because the website looked more professional and organized compared to before. Most customers now access the site on mobile, and the smooth mobile experience increased completed booking requests.

Are there any areas they could improve?
Overall, the experience was very smooth, and there were no major issues during the project. If anything, earlier documentation or a short walkthrough at the very beginning could have helped us understand some features faster. Their approach, communication, and delivery make them easy to trust.
However, SyncGaze was always available to explain things whenever we had questions, so this did not impact the project outcome. Apart from that, everything was delivered as expected and on time, and we were satisfied with how the project was handled.
