The scope of work for creating a UX/UI design for a crowdfunding platform involves a comprehensive process that integrates user experience (UX) principles with user interface (UI) design elements to create a seamless and engaging platform for both project creators and backers. Here's a breakdown of the key tasks and considerations within this scope: 

• Research and Analysis (Discovery Phase): Conducting user research to understand the needs, motivations, and pain points of both project creators and backers. Analyzing competitor platforms to identify industry best practices, gaps, and opportunities for differentiation. Defining user personas and user journeys to map out the typical interactions and experiences users will have on the platform. 
• Conceptualization and Ideation: Brainstorming and ideating potential features, functionalities, and design concepts based on research insights and project goals. Creating wireframes and low-fidelity prototypes to visualize the basic layout, navigation structure, and content hierarchy of the platform. 
• UX Design Development: Developing high-fidelity interactive prototypes using UX design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD. Designing intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for key platform components such as project creation forms, project browsing/search interfaces, user profiles, payment flows, and communication features. Internal and customer feedback was positive after the presentation of UX / UI. Users stated it was much easier to navigate through our site and find what they sought. All of our changes were backed by research and data (a plus since we are a data-driven company). 
Within the same comparison period in 2023, website engagement increased by 6% at 47.81% compared to 45.11%. There was a 75% increase in overall landing page views (135k from 85k) and total users increased by 5% (46k from 44k). We've seen a 405% increase in page views for the seismic section of our website compared to the previous period. Typically, most of the topmost page views are corporate-related, but we have seismic, well data and wind appearing (all division-specific pages).
