We had interviews with several vendors, our goal was to find someone that was not to big and had ambitions to grow.

We have a weekly sprint meeting, talking about what happened last week and goals for this week, using the time to talk about different features but mostly focusing on producing code.

It started with 1 person, where we now are 3. Working backend and frontend.
