I’m the VP of engineering at Invento Labs. We use IoT technologies to digitize the site operations of companies in the construction industry. We hope to ease project management and execution at sites.

We hired Switch to develop an iOS application named Equipon. We only have an internal team of Android developers.

What were your goals for this project?

We wanted to use this app to digitize heavy equipment.

We searched online for app development companies and arranged an initial meeting with Switch. Their team fit our brief, and we hired them immediately.

We wanted to decrease the cost of running and maintaining equipment by going digital. Switch built an app that tracks vehicle and fuel logs and sets goals for output maximization. We also needed the app to have insights available, breakdown alerts, and maintenance and inspection schedules.

We worked with two iOS developers and a project manager.

The quality of the code was phenomenal. We hope to work with Switch on all of our future projects.

Switch is full of talented and intelligent workers. Their development expertise is outstanding.

We wanted to digitalize our business and keep up with the market trends regarding advancing technologies. We needed e-commerce website development as well as Android and iOS app development.

We were looking to create a unique website and mobile app for the Indian community. We believe our solution has huge business potential which hasn’t been completely tapped in Chicago.

We undertook a Google search for Illinois and Hyderabad-based companies. We stumbled across Switch Soft Technologies and had an initial discussion regarding our requirements, based on which we were given a rough estimate. We then took a little time to lay down the groundwork and reached out to them again after two months. We had further discussions, checked out their previous efforts, and eventually handed over the project to them.

They developed an e-commerce website as well as an Android and iOS application that allows people from the Indian community to easily go online and order meat and other groceries in just a few clicks.

The quality of the application shows a fair enough outcome. There have been no compromises when it comes to quality.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We remained in touch with the project manager. We never faced any problems despite us being in Illinois and Switch Soft Technologies in Hyderabad.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their operational quality is excellent. They work fast and smart. We also haven’t had any issues with deadlines.

Are there any areas for improvement?

No. We had a great relationship with the Switch Soft Technologies. The entire team was engaged in the project, and it was always easy to approach them for anything. We are very happy with this collaboration.

We needed live readings of different meters, such as electricity, water, and gas. We faced a lot of difficulties with the previous company we consulted.

What were your goals for this project?

To develop an application that could facilitate the meter readings we required.

We searched online and found Switch. We visited their office, had a few discussions, and handed our project to them with confidence. Switch gave us the sense that we could trust them and that they would deliver results in no time.

We didn't have any specific requirement documents, so we presented all the designs that the previous company had worked on. From there, we had some excellent discussions with them about how to move forward. They then developed the iOS and Android app for based on those.

The project was handled by two Android developers, two iOS developers, a backend developer, a designer, a tester, and a project manager.

We consider ourselves very fortunate to have worked with Switch. They made our job easy. Their approach was outstanding right from the very beginning and, overall, they developed an app that exceeded our expectations.

The project management was well rooted—they’re a cohesive group and they put in the work to produce the best results. The team worked steadily through their assigned tasks, while the project manager supervised and handled everything.

The team was well-versed with every aspect of the project and extremely efficient. Each member was cognizant of the project's status and provided regular updates. There were no issues with the deadlines too.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They made things work right from the get-go: they were focused, innovative, dedicated, well-informed, and easily accessible. In fact, they went and beyond their duty in order to deliver results.

Are there any areas for improvement?

No, I don’t think so. They did a magnificent job that exceeded all our expectations. They followed through with every single obligation and were a trustworthy associate.
