For what projects/services did your company hire Swingman, and what were your goals?

We had lagged on our PPC and SEO due to the large work at hand and could not catch up to take it into consideration no matter how much we tried. We then hired Swingman to provide full-scale SEO services and PPC campaign to improve our rankings and boost traffic to our existing pages.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

After much consideration and having seen some of there past projects, we came into conclusion that Swingman is up to the task and are able to give us the best result we were lagging in

We started with a discovery meeting to discuss goals and current performance of our sites. After we gave them access to what they needed, Swingman helped us with keyword research. They made the appropriate changes and kept us in touch with anything that needed our attention.

We worked mainly with the account manager who we felt became part of our team as he personally took on our goals and gave accurate attention to it

Given pre and post-migration reports as well as migration guidance throughout the campaign New users have grown 13.8% year over since the campaign started New users to priority pages across the site

We communicated through almost every way, but mostly through emails and we formed a bond with them as we begin to know one another the more

The rate of sales as at when I had not hired this service has always been slow. But, after we tasted of swingman's prowess in digital marketing, our sales skyrocketed

The account manager asked us what we wanted to do with ads and gave us some options and ballpark estimates. The agency presented a strategy for ads and forecast of how much they would cost. They made the ads and kept the costs low.

We saw a huge increase in sales and cut our cost per lead by almost 90%. The agency saved us a ton of money.

It was easy to communicate with them.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They seemed too good to be true at first but we got great results from working with them. The rates never increased. They did what they said they would.

Is there any area for improvement or anything that could have been done differently?

I wish they did facebook or could refer an agency.
