BACKGROUND

Please describe your company and your position there.

I’m currently working at Greenberg CRM Consulting in the professional services department. We help medium and large companies implement CRM strategies and aid in the software selection process.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

For what projects/services did your company hire Swiftly Labs?

We had a bunch of customers over the years go online and submit negative reviews about us, as well as some competitors defame us online. We tried addressing as many customer issues as we could, but some of the negative content was fake and submitted by anonymous people. We also tried to remove the negative search results without luck.

We needed someone to help us clean up our online reputation by removing or hiding the false and misleading accusations on the search engines. So we hired Swiftly Labs for the task.

How did you select this vendor?

We worked with multiple vendors in the past, but they always failed at keeping their promises. We were approached by Swiftly Labs, and they made an offer we couldn’t refuse. They basically said that if they didn’t succeed, we didn’t have to pay them.

Describe the scope of their work in detail.

They worked on suppressing the negative search engine results about us by creating over 60 positive pieces of content on us. They claimed that they’d be able to clean our online reputation in 90 days or less, which they accomplished in only about six weeks.

What was the team composition?

We only worked one person from Swiftly Labs. He contacted us a couple of times every week and sent us a detailed weekly report on their progress.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

It’s too early to say that our sales are increasing. However, fewer customers are bringing up the subject of old negative reviews because they are much harder to find.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Swiftly Labs has people with great communication skills. They’d send us reports a day ahead of time so that our weekly meetings would be short and to the point.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They only used ethical tactics to improve our online reputation. They also produced fast results.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Their pricing is a bit expensive in comparison to other reputation management companies, but it’s worth it considering we spent a lot of money on failed projects.
