We are an educational consulting company with 5 branches in Nigeria and headquarters in Benin City. We counsel and secure foreign university admissions for African students. I am the Head of Operations.

What were your goals for this project?

To create better online visibility for the services we render. We also needed to rework on a previous website hosted in other to attract more leads and in office visits.

How did you select this vendor?

We considered two web design agencies to work with at first. The deciding factor for us was knowledge of our industry, previous job done and location. Swicdigital is located in same city with us, had good experience of our industry, and good experience.

Describe the project and the services they provided in detail.

We wanted a website that's easy to navigate, easy on the eye, clean and in line with our business goals. the project started with a discovery/strategy session. Two members of swicdigital and two members of our company were involved.

next was wireframe, design presentation and development followed. Review was after each sprint that lasted for two weeks. At the end, staffs where trained on how to update and use the site. The site was and social media pages where also optimized by swicdigital

What was the team composition?

Total team members were 3. A project manager, UI/UX designer and a web developer. Majority of our discussion were with the project manager who also doubled as quality assurance officer.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

The solution is increasing our online interaction, enquiries and in office visit. Their service was so good that we gave them two referrals.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

The project management was solid. The team was timely, meetings where short and straight to the point. Above all the team was ready to take correction.

we had access to everyone on the team and received updates frequently. They had an amazing sense of humor and good design sense.

I want to make a suggestion only. They should learn to make clear cut documentation of every process before and during the work

We wanted a company website to boost our online presence and also collect payment. The total.project was outsourced swicdigital so we could focus on our trainings.

What were your goals for this project?

We needed a website that's easy to use and navigate. To collect payment online and redirect student online to view courses details and requirement and also increase number of office calls.

How did you select this vendor?

My team and I made enquiry about a good web design company and swicdigital and 4 others was recommended. We choosed swicdigital because their team really understood what we wanted, asked the right questions and had a reasonable time frame.

Describe the project in detail.

The project started with a Discovery meeting between swicdigital and my team. They designed 3 homepage wireframe for us and we picked 1, they also created the user flow diagrams for the project. After going through, we gave them a go ahead. The first presentation was within 4weeks.

We did some back and forth a iterations and also explored other design options with their team. Lastly, our team where on how to update the blog and use perform SEO using yoost.

What was the team composition?

The main person's we spoke to first was the CEO. We where later assigned a project manager who was the main point of communication. Also had a couple of meetings with the UI designer, the site developer and the trainer after the project was finished. The project manager doubled as QA

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The website have made our agency more visible on the internet. We have been able to channel our advertising resources to one place. We had normally use radio station for calls, now we direct callers to fill our form online. We are also able to collect payment easily from anywhere since we built the website.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The entire team was friendly and easy to communicate with. Project deadline was met and everyone changes we needed to implement was done without complain. The team also showed us better was to increase our SEO

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They had very good knowledge of our industry. The project manager knew what to do at every point in time.

Are there any areas for improvement?

I think Meeting time should be increased from the 10min to say 20min so both party will better understand each other to reduce unnecessary back and forth
