I’m the owner of Lukara, an e-commerce business. We primarily sell on Shopify, Amazon, and Etsy.

What challenge were you trying to address with SW SOFTTECH LLC?

We needed someone who could handle our SEO, PPC, and social media marketing efforts.

What was the scope of their involvement?

SW SOFTTECH LLC manages our social media channels and handles the SEO and PPC for our Shopify, Amazon, and Etsy shops.

They’ve recently done a complete overhaul of our Shopify site, which involved adding a blog page, uploading better photos, and implementing a newsletter. They’ve also optimized my Amazon store listings, and they’re responsible for writing the listings for our new products.

Additionally, they create and post content daily and engage with our customers through our Facebook and Instagram channels. We’re planning on expanding our scope to include LinkedIn and TikTok in the future as well.

We’ve spent around $2,000–$3,000 so far.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in September 2021, and the engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Our sales have gone up on all of the platforms that SW SOFTTECH LLC has been helping me with — In fact, we’ve seen a 10x increase in our Amazon sales. I’ve also seen an improvement in our customer engagement on Facebook and Instagram as well as an increase in our site’s conversion rate.

As for the quality of their work, there’s never been an issue with their deliverables — I’ve never had to go back and change anything or ask for something different than what they did. Every aspect of their work has come around and been very lucrative for my business.

SW SOFTTECH LLC has performed well in terms of project management — we’ve established a very good partnership and back and forth communication with each other.

I’m really impressed with the consistency and ease of our communication. SW SOFTTECH LLC listens when I talk, and they’ve been great at understanding what my business represents and what kind of content I want to put out in the world. They always communicate with me before proceeding with anything to make sure that we’re on the same page.

Our mission is to increase access to trauma-specific mental health support worldwide. Our objective is to Inspire the Change by Skillfully Supporting Survivors of Trauma on a Global Scale.

I was present digitally but wanted to start digital marketing at a good level. The plan SW SOFTTECH LLC provided was excellent and the execution of the plan is going great step by step as mentioned in the roadmap. The team was very professional and communication with each was always inspiring. Getting very Genuine Prospects which I am able to convert easily. The cost for each prospect is very low. Overall the experience is awesome. PS: Strategy & Execution is very well planned.

The Team provided me the stages on which they were going to work. They started from scratch with website analysis/audit, funnel & then organic and paid marketing steps. It was amaze to have the roadmap with the best timelines and objectives. From Website to end user result they have taken care of everything.

The team of 6 members worked on my project and everyone's profile was on senior level including Project Manager.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The prospects I am getting are 90% convertible. The marketing budget is also very affordable Sam keeps me updated about each step the team is going to execute.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Their team was handling the project overall. All the instructions regarding objectives were given by me.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their communication skills were impressive, they helps us achieve objective what we discussed with Sam. One thing that we find unique, Sam helps us understand campaign problems, also provided basic knowledge to help keep track of our campaign. (this is something which we never experienced before)

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I’ve got the best Till then i have not found anyone else who can define the objectives & execute the work better than the SWSOFTECH.

We're a family-owned & operated store known by the name Camera Gear Store. We deal in digital cameras, lenses, and camera accessories.

For what projects/services did your company hire SW SOFTTECH LLC, and what were your goals?

For a while, I had been experiencing a decrease in the number of sales and high budget consumption on our google Ads/Facebook ads. This affected my business on a micro to major level.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I addressed my problems to SW Softtech and hired them to handle google and Facebook ads to improve sales and decrease budget spending. SW SOFTTECH analyzed flaws in campaigns, and I too agree with them. There plan of action is our deciding factor to select this vendor.

Their team planned our campaigns from the start. They set up shopping ad campaigns and corrected targeting audiences to promote our products. I experienced the result within a week and, with time, realized that I did right by hiring them.

Additionally, to help achieve the results, they also did website auditing. What I learned is that our product categorization on Camera Gear website is not right and somewhat decreasing website traffic. I'm satisfied with everything done by SW Softtech till now. Camera Gear Store is getting good sales, and budget consumption is less now than at the start.

PS: They help us learn what we did not do right and what we can do to make our store grow. So overall a learning experience with SW Softtech.

Along side the agency, I've worked with their google ad specialist and SEO experts who communicated with me about all the required changes for Camera Gear Store.

At start of my project sales were around $472. After optimization of my campaigns sales touched around $2000.

Empathetic and professional, communication medium is through freelancing website with good turnaround time at every task.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They have great communication skills and a good understanding of our problem.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

They've done a great job, and I can't see any specific area of improvements to suggest these guys. They very well know what they're doing

I'm CTO and Co-Founder of Bentley's Napa Valley Company. We provide roasted coffee beans in retail and wholesale.

For what projects/services did your company hire SW SOFTTECH LLC, and what were your goals?

We need a professional website developer to redesign and optimize our company's official website and we find SWSofttech. Their team of developers take this responsibility and they did it professionally and deliver the website within the deadline also give suggestions & business plan to boost up the sales with their digital marketing service. Hope we'll work again in future.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We had a number of discovery meetings and we provided them our high level goals and application flow. We have also been working with them for continuous development and enhancements on our application. We strive to provide them with clear flow needs of the application and back end along with screenshots to assist the developers with our overall vision.

SW SOFTTECH LLC’s project management style was quite impressive. The project manager was handling multiple projects at the same time but never disappointed us with our expectations. They wanted happy clients, and it was visible in their work style.

We needed some major changes in payment gateways and processes during the development stage, and they manage it in the best possible way. They used a custom project management tool built by their team for internal use only to manage hours and tasks for the development team. We used Google Meet, Skype, and WhatsApp for communication and emails to exchange any information in writing.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We have worked with a Sales Rep, then a technical project manager was assigned along with 2 developers. One developer for our front end development and another for the back end development.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We started the initial project in February of 2022. We were initially told that it would take 3-4 months from start to finish before we could be live. We had a number of testing issues and overall design misses With all these issues the project did go live in June 2022. We have also contracted with them to do a number of additional enhancements and ongoing support. The team when they are working does a fantastic job.

The project management has been great. They use Zoho projects, email and google docs.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The CEO (Satnam) is very active and has been great to work with. I also find that their development is very good once you can lock down the team to focus on specific tasks.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Communication and overall customer experience is great. we find that continued work and development is spotty from a time perspective. This may likely be that the developers are also on other projects which I understand, but communication stating that would be good and expectations on when they can reengage would be all we ask for. Again the Dev team is GREAT, when they actually work on your project. The experience has been great, and we will have a long-term relationship with them.
