Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the CEO of an insurance services consultancy firm.
What challenge were you trying to address with Suris Code?
One of our clients had an extended operation and wanted a business analysis from the beginning of their operations until the present. I had issues managing a large amount of information, so I needed Suris’ help.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Suris provided a system to help me analyze my client’s information and create metrics and reports. I sent them a list of requests, and the team gave me a platform that addressed them. Among the things that the platform helped me achieve was the identification of the accident rate of various business lines. It also allowed me to create detailed sales analyses and obtain useful statistical information.
What is the team composition?
I worked with their CEO and a developer.
How did you come to work with Suris Code?
I knew Suris worked with other top-tier companies and that they had a solution that accommodated what I needed. As a result, they were the best candidate and most professional option for us. On top of that, I heard good references about them, so we engaged them.

This project lasted from January–June 2020.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
My client was able to cross-check information about one of their partners. The information we provided them with the help of Suris helped them evaluate their partner’s input. As a result, they were able to make a decision about the continuity of their partnership.
How did Suris Code perform from a project management standpoint?
Suris managed the project well. We had an agreement on the number of hours they worked, and everything went according to plan. We had a couple of mismatches along the way, but all of them were part of the normal project flow. Additionally, a lot of delays came from our side.
Moreover, I completely relied on them for project management tools. They adjusted to our needs and schedules. We mainly communicated via phone calls and Google Meet.
What did you find most impressive about them?
We were impressed by the empathy they had for the project. The team made everything easy for us; they provided a great service and helped me solve the problems I had.
Are there any areas they could improve?
No, there weren’t any.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Some of Suris’ solutions are expensive, but that’s how things are in the market. While you may want these solutions cheaper, they’re worth the results you’ll achieve.

I am the CEO of an IT Services provider located in Argentina. We provide solutions and services to the american spanish speaking markets, including Mexico.
For what projects/services did your company hire Suris Code, and what were your goals?
One of our clients established a new performance evaluation policy for their staff. The client was managing these evaluations with Excel spreadsheets which were becoming unmanageable due to the amount of data. In addition, since it is sensitive information, it was necessary to have an adequate protection and change control mechanisms.
For this reason, we hired Suris Code for the development and implementation of a tailor made software that could carry out the recording of the performance evaluations of its employees, as well as the calculation of specific metrics. In addition, the solution needed to be scalable over time, both vertically and horizontally.
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
Due to the criticality of this project, added to the fact that we have a long-term relationship with Suris Code, we decided to hire them after technically and commercially evaluating their service proposal. We also needed a supplier that could guarantee the life cycle of the product for at least 5 years.
Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.
They designed and implemented a Web based solution in .Net Core. They worked with an agile methodology based on Scrum, using 3-week sprints. They started the project by discovering the main processes, which were not 100% defined by the client. After this stage, they presented a mock-up for final approval and development of the solution. During this process there was permanent communication and feedback with Suris Code.
How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
There were 5 people assigned to the project, including a part time PM, a part time architect, two programmers and a QA.
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
The project was completed on time, even a few days ahead of schedule. Within the first 30 days of use, all Excel-based evaluations were migrated to the new system, significantly reducing errors and maintenance time. The necessary protection and change control procedures were also obtained. Suris Code had the expected performance for this project, so we decided to continue with them for the future maintenance and support services.
Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.
The management of this project was carried out professionally through the assigned PM, who was always available and exceeded our expectations. The tool used was Azure DevOps and we communicated through Microsoft Teams.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
Suris Code had a precise understanding of the end client's needs. Their ability to carry out the Discovery process was striking.

I'm Industrial Manager in a manufacturing and commercial company joint venture between BGH Argentina and Positivo Brazil (POSITIVO BGH). Leading different manufacturing plants producing tablets and notebooks for both retail and government markets in several countries (Argentina, Uruguay, Ghana, Rwanda, etc).

We hire them to develope and provide de software for our production lines (starting in Argentina but with project to extend this to other countries according to different business we are developing). They are supporting us in two major areas: Production and Material and Logistic management.
How did you select this firm and what were the deciding factors?
We selected them because we had good references from another players in this business. After evaluating their background and previous devolpments, we decided to go with them based on their talent and experience.

They developed and customized (it's an ongoing project) our Assembly Managment System, and we are currently working on supply chain module. They support every productive process we make on our lines, from material administration to the registry and control of every productive step.

At least five. From their owners to several developers working with our engeneering team.
Can you share any outcomes from the engagement that demonstrate progress or success?
We have produced +100.000 units of different platforms and brands, using their systems without any issue. Of course we needed customizations on the way but they have been very supportive on this issues. It's remarkable the stability and continous improvement that their team gave us along this time. Now we are adding a supply chain platform to produce +200k units for 2023.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
They are very accesible people, with great will. It's really easy to work with them because of their mindset and disposition.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
The flexibility, and the result driven mindset. They are good and fast. Something really appreciated and needed on manufacturing.
