Yes, the website was completed on time and met all the benchmarks we had set. They were very cooperative and helpful when responding to any suggestions or changes to the website. They went above and beyond in creating something that aligned with the brand as well as incorporating all our suggestions.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They were very easy to work with and always had a positive attitude. They always offered multiple designs for us to choose from making the process very easy. They were also not afraid to offer their own suggestions when needed. They were good at communicating about what would work practically instead of just going with whatever we suggested which could have slowed our website or caused issues for us later on. 

Are there any areas for improvement or something SUPLEX could have done differently?

I think they did a good job overall. One area they could work on further is experimenting more with web designs. Consumers are always looking for something new and unique yet still easy to use, so I think being able to balance the two and create such websites could be an asset in this industry
