Please describe your company and your position there.

We're a group of entrepreneurs and we're working on starting our first own project to deliver a car wash at your home app. The idea started in early 2019 and its been under development ever since.

For what projects/services did your company hire Suncode?

We hired Suncode to provide us with an app that would be used by our customers to order the car wash services to their homes. the app would allow our customers to choose the type of services needed, time, location and any extra or special needs as well.

What were your goals for this project?

The goal was to provide a service the society lacked and needed at this time and became very important with the COVID-19 situation since many people are avoiding public places. our services would guaranty delivering a crew of people who would respect the social distancing rules along with providing top of the line services.

How did you select this vendor?

I have met the owner in several occasions and while discussing some business cases among friends and he came up with some intelligent solutions. we met a few times after just for consultation purposes and then we decided to work with them on this particular project.

Describe the project in detail.

Once we selected the vendor, we had plenty of meetings in regards to how the business should look like and what platforms that it should operate on and discussed all the how's and when's. at first, we had few information about how complicated this could get but, Suncode helped us out with that by keeping everything visible to us and provide guidance whenever its needed. the project is set to provide all car detailing services to a customer at their own homes including sanitation. The Sanitation System creates Ozone which is a colorless gas composed of trivalent Oxygen that is found in nature. It’s in the atmosphere for irradiation of the solar ultraviolet rays, or through the electrical charges produced during storms. It is present in the mountains in greater concentrations and that’s what gives us a freshness and pure air perception. Ozone is a natural gas with a very high oxidant power, with the peculiarity of dissolving without leaving traces or chemical residuals.

What was the team composition?

The team included members from different countries mainly located in Turkey and Iraq. their different backgrounds provided us with splendid visions and gave us even more ideas to progress and develop our project.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We have tested the app and still are testing it at the moment and the launch was scheduled to be this summer however, because of the unprecedented circumstances it was has been postponed.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We had one online and in person meetings several times and they were productive so far. our main POC was the owner he kept us well informed in the process.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The people working on our project treated it as its their own and made sure that it was made to exceed our expectations.

Are there any areas for improvement?

An expansion to the rest of the provinces would be a great solution. only one location was there and it was located in Erbil.

For developing a web app that acts as an MES which provides real-time data from manufacturing floor to the planners and schedulers.

What were your goals for this project?

To collect real-time data from the manufacturing floor for more accurate planning and scheduling operations.

Designed, developed, and deployed the web app. The project started with a couple of requirement workshops and integration design with current ERP and planning, scheduling applications.

Our internal developers, supply-chain director, and supply-chain consultant.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

This project resulted in more accurate planning and scheduling models. Which in turn affected the required lead times and material acquisition positively.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

They have always been available all the time. this was very helpful to us because we had a short timetable. we were in contact with them every day. we communicated via phone calls and Microsoft project, and they also proposed JIRA, which was great.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The company was very time efficient. The team was very good at MES development, which it was the main service we contracted with them. And they knew how to deal with it very well. I look forward to working with them in future projects.

Are there any areas for improvement?

For the time being, we didn’t have much of tools linked to do the job. Or, if we did, we didn’t use them as we do now. as a company with services available worldwide, Suncode LTD could’ve integrated those tools to do the work remotely. They should have the tools now since everyone is mostly working remotely.
