Suits Social Inc. has introduced m to a much warmer audience. I had previously had to rely on cold calling, but they put me in front of the right people. The video content they provided helped share my story and other people’s god stories in a fantastic and engaging way.
They have helped increase my brand awareness and provide me with leads. Dog training requires timing, but multiple clients have expressed interest in starting up at Watersports K9 Center soon. From about 80 leads they have provided, I have generated business from six and had many more express interest.
Their team is very proactive. When he started to notice a slowdown, Darren reached out to me with the next steps. They coach me through the entire process and make sure I’m aware of everything they’re doing. Suits Social Inc. always has their finger on the pulse. They’re now helping me individually promote different events for the winter.
How did Suits Social Inc. perform from a project management standpoint?
We primarily communicate through e-mail, but the option is always there for a phone call. We had two in-person meetings are the beginning to see how we were gonna go about promoting my company. They keep in touch with me regularly about what is and isn’t working and what we need to change.
Their team always sends me ads ahead of time and is absolutely on point with deadlines. They allow me to make changes and do all of the editing for me. Suits Social Inc. completely took over but always get my input, which is exactly what I wanted. Nothing happens without my approval and anytime I needed help, it was quickly dealt with.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Suits Social Inc. is incredibly professional and knowledgable in their area. They’re just amazing at what they do and always make everything look flawless. Something that would have taken me a week, takes their team an hour. Their communication goes above and beyond the industry standard. Suits Social Inc. is such a warm and welcoming group of people. They let you in and explain every step of their process.
Are there any areas they could improve?
At the beginning of the process, we had an introductory phone call which felt a little rushed. I understand why because it was only 15 minutes long and had a script, but it felt like the questions were rushed through. I didn’t get the warm fuzzy feeling when I hung up the phone because it was just too much. I didn’t get any real feeling from the scripted text.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Trust the process. These guys are professionals, but they can go further if you trust them. Communication helps you stay on track. They will be able to give you great results as long as you give them clear directions.
