I’m the CEO Autodragstor. We’re an online shop for spare car parts in the Serbian market.

For what projects/services did your company hire Studio Present?

We wanted an e-commerce website for our 200,000-part inventory.

What were your goals for this project?

We wanted to increase sales and establish a well-known brand. The site needed user-friendly search functions and an effective digital ecosystem to handle ordering and packaging processes.

How did you select this vendor?

We researched Serbian IT agencies that work in Drupal. We hired Studio Present because they had creative ideas and were dedicated to the project.

Can you go into detail about the services they provided and the scope of the project?

Initially, we had multiple phone calls with the project manager and senior developer to outline the complex project requirements. Twelve business days later, Studio Present delivered the initial web design mockups. Simultaneously, our in-house developer collaborated with the senior backend developer about the products’ Drupal integration. Their marketing manager then guided us through digital marketing and suggested possible future improvements. Recently, Studio Present completed Autodragstor 2.0, the website’s second version.

What was the team composition?

We worked with the project manager, a designer, a backend developer, and a marketing manager. Our in-house developer communicated directly with Studio Present’s development team.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

The platform automated our sales process and achieved more than 100 transactions in three months. We also gained renewed trust from our auto partners. Due to our website and digital marketing, we’re now the official Serbian-market distributor for a Polish parts company. That agreement was a big deal for our business.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

The project manager kept us informed on every aspect of the project. We communicated via Skype and email.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The team was dedicated and energetic. They were knowledgeable about Drupal and complex integrations. Studio Present offered different points of view for scenarios we hadn’t considered.

Are there any areas where they can improve?

There is always room for improvement in our sector.

I am the CTO at Boss Caffe, a renowned restaurant in this area of Serbia and beyond for breakfast, coffee, lunch, and dinner. I am responsible for IT and digital communications.

We engaged Studio Present to modernize our online presence, improve our ordering system, and create a digital strategy that would distinguish our name from other restaurants.

What were your goals for this project?

We wanted our customers to feel more comfortable visiting our website and ordering food for our delivery service. We also wanted to showcase the behind-the-scenes staff and preparations responsible for our unique ordering system, which allows vegetarians and meat lovers alike to easily select their next meal by searching for preferred ingredients.

How did you select this vendor?

Studio Present had helped us before, mainly with menu design, and each time we were more than pleased with the unique, narrative designs. In addition, because of their close proximity, communication is always excellent. 

Can you go into detail about the services they provided and the scope of the project?

Two initial discovery meetings established everyone’s role going forward. Within nine business days, we received a design for the main pages as well as a concept of design for the entire platform. We then discussed digital marketing strategy, new video formats, images, and a social media approach. The team really helped us understand digital marketing and UX.  

What was the team composition?

I worked with the project manager and marketing manager, and continue to partner with the social media marketing team.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

Two months after the launch, we immediately noticed a 31% drop in bounce rate, accompanied by a 97% increase in average session time. With the ability to search dishes by ingredients, our customers are eager to share their excitement about the fresh new design and easy navigation. We were very satisfied with the strong, productive communication, and guest responses.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

We had the same lead project manager from the beginning, whose explanation of the process helped us know what to expect. We communicated mainly by phone and received all information in a timely manner. 

What did you find most impressive about this company?

We were impressed with their attention to every single detail, their level of web design expertise, and their approach to the website development processes.

Are there any areas where they can improve?

Though they delivered exceptional quality, our primary requirement, there is always room for improvement. The website still feels incomplete in terms of state-of-the art technology, design, and marketing, but we are more than happy with their level of effort.

Jamax M is the company which is devoted to children and products for the youngest. Our assortment consist of wooden toys, baby and bamboo products. I'm a content mamanager of Jamax M.

Functioning our online store the best as possible, respecting time and money of each other.

Every project begins with an email conversation, in which we both try to give the best informations to each other. If it's necessary, there is a phone to make it better. We never finished a project dissatisfied or dissapointed, and the only problem that we ever had was time. It's never enough.

What was the team composition?

The projec tim in general has 3 to 4 people, including a chief manager at both sides.

Everything is ok, because we all are giving the best we can to make every project perfect.

The commitment of developers and designers is impressive.

Yes, a mobile phone would be great and longer work time.

I’m the web and marketing manager for Storm Textil. We produce and sell customizable T-shirts, sweatshirts, polos, sweatpants, and jackets for B2B customers.

We replaced a vendor with Studio Present. The team needed to manage our C5 programming for our e-commerce website.

What were your goals for this project?

We wanted a modern and mobile-responsive website with easy user navigation. Our customers needed a seamless ordering process with the stock amount, price, and delivery dates clearly marked.

We found Studio Present during a search and reviewed their portfolio. They were our first offshore vendor.

We started working on the site’s new look and design. Studio Present now advises us about development through incremental changes. They are still developing the site to make it user-friendly.

The composition of the three-person team changes, depending on the issue that arises.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

While we don’t have exact metrics, we have noticed an uptick in overall sales through our webshop.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

I serve as the project manager. We have a great cooperative relationship. The team is responsive to our questions. We communicative daily, use TeamViewer, and hold two monthly Skype meetings; for urgent matters, message them on Skype. Studio Present is transparent with their schedule and progress.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They are responsive and open to new ideas. The team guides us on different matters.

Are there any areas for improvement?

It is my first time of handling this kind of project. I think it is working well.
