I’m the CEO of a small company, which is part of a bigger German company.

What challenge were you trying to address with Street 17?

We needed a system to manage our warehouse and a CRM.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

First, Street 17 developed our website. The platform is rather big because we offer about 50 products. After, their team built a CRM platform with a calendar to administer our client information. The product allows us to contact customers, send invoices, make proposals and contracts. They also developed a warehouse management platform with a dashboard, allowing us to track several activities simultaneously. It’s a module built into the system, which helps us monitor in- and outflows of a warehouse to control it. With the product, we can assess and deploy products to customers.

What is the team composition?

Currently, two Street 17 teammates are working on the platform.

How did you come to work with Street 17?

I can’t remember how our collaboration began. We first engaged Street 17 to build our website. Then, we asked them to help us with warehouse and client management

How much have you invested with them?

The project cost between $25,000–$50,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked on the project between January–May 2019. Maybe a month later, Street 17 also provided adjustments.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We’re satisfied with Street 17’s efforts. The module has made our work more efficient. The collaboration went well; we have no complaints.

How did Street 17 perform from a project management standpoint?

Project management was great. Regarding the timeline, everything went just fine.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Street 17 creates designs especially well. Their team built products for us from scratch, which showed their design skills. They also worked efficiently.

Are there any areas they could improve?

There’s nothing negative I could say. Whatever we asked, Street 17 did their best to deliver.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Be clear and open with them. Whatever’s written in an email or discussed in a conversation, Street 17 will complete it.

We’re a small animation studio, and we make original content for ourselves and other parties.

What challenge were you trying to address with Street 17?

We wanted them to help us with our visual identity by creating a whole new design for our website.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

They built our website using WordPress and made some additional formatting changes to create the best presentation possible. We wanted to be able to upload new projects by ourselves, without programmers, so we needed an open website we could access from the backend.

They also helped us display our brand identity on the website. We provided them with videos we had produced, and then they developed several options that represented our brand identity. Although we influenced the overall look of the website in that way, they designed the rest. This included designing a logo and creating images for our website.

There were three people on our team.

How did you come to work with Street 17?

We had worked together on previous business ventures, so it was a personal connection.

How much have you invested with them?

We spent between $4,000-$5,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from December 2018­–January 2019.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Street 17 delivers. We got everything we needed out of this project. Since working with Street 17, we’ve raised more funding for new projects. We’ve also been invited to the Cartoon Forum, a big animation show in Toulouse, France.

How did Street 17 perform from a project management standpoint?

It was really easy to work with them. If we didn’t have a daily meeting, they were always available to chat.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I didn’t have to be too involved, and they still delivered a quality product.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Although we’re very satisfied with our design, it would have been nice to have a few more options at the beginning of the project.
